This fine tea from Hadong is made with hand-picked small leaves in the second week of April.
The name of the Jaksul comes from the shape of the tea leaves:
in the early spring comes out from the tea plant the small leaf similar to the tongue of a bird.
The carefully hand-picked tea leaves are briefly steamed and at least 5-6 times gently roasted in an iron kettle and rolled with the Hand.
