This fine tea from Hadong is made with hand-picked small leaves in the second week of April.
The name of the Jaksul comes from the shape of the tea leaves:
in the early spring comes out from the tea plant the small leaf similar to the tongue of a bird.
The carefully hand-picked tea leaves are briefly steamed and at least 5-6 times gently roasted in an iron kettle and rolled with the Hand.
The plantation is located on the slopes of Mt. Jiri in the southern part of Korea, so that the green tea benefits from the pure and clean water of the mountain\n\n
