The filters arrived very late, and their efficiency is really unknown. They do not come with a certificate, test result or a paper that shows to which national or international standard they are produced. The only thing they have written on is PM2.5. Noting that a particle size of 2.5 microns is relatively large, so these will maybe help against fine dust particles if they are manufactured in accordance with applicable standards. Also, the idea of replaceable filters is nice, but this replaceable filter increases the resistance only in one part of the mask which will lead to more airflow through other areas of the mask which do not have this additional filter. Also carbon filters are generally used to reduce smell. So this filter may help reducing fumes. Generally, I am afraid some less technical people will buy these and hope for maximum air pollutant protection but do not realize that these may not be as effective as hoped. Maybe better than nothing but for sure not a adequate protection against small air pollutants.

I can't really say how they are because after well over a month they shipping has not moved! Look elsewhere!

I only go our once or twice a week for a quick trip to the grocery/DIY store, so I've only been changing the filter every couple of weeks. It must be doing its job, because I'm alive to write this review...almost 8 weeks in...
