First off I know Jack about mountain bikes and Jack about electric bikes. I haven't ridden a bike since my teen years. But I am turning 40 in July and wanted to add some exercise into my daily routine and have been thinking about a mountian bike for a while now. But just recently I kept seeing ads about e bikes and finally pulled the trigger for an early bday gift. After much research and looking and shopping around, the price I got this bike I believe was a steal. Keep in mind when going through Amazon you are going to pay s+h so expect and extra 150 to 200 on the price point for any e bike, I did not find any with free shipping. Either way I was excited and here's some things I wanted to point out for new timers like myself.1. This bike is perfect for the price especially for new e bike owners. There are other options and can easily go into the 1000s price range but you are paying for more battery which means more life and speed. The "best bike" is around 2000 and will get you a range of about 70-90 miles and 40-60 mph depending on brand and bike. This one gets you between 45-55 miles depending if using pedal assist or all electric and 20mph. For a grown *** man trying to not break anything, that's plenty.2. The video instruction provided on the product page by the company, there's also another tutorial from a buyer, made assembly easy. It took me around 40 minutes only because I was a little over gentle and I was oohing and awwing the whole time like a little kid.3. Awesome bang for your buck, Im not trying to go down mountains but there are dirt trails near my house and riding through neighborhoods it's a joyous ride. I'll tell you after not riding a bike for about 25 years riding this thing was so invigorating. It was fun, it was exercise, it got me out of the house and just able to free my mind, I loved it.Now here's a downer but with a silver lining. I popped my back tire. After 30 minutes and almost 5 miles my last little lap I clipped my back tire going over a curb. I was being a little adventurous and going full throttle and tried bunny hopping over a curb. I'm not a big man but my weight plus the weight of the bike (easily 50 lbs) it was totally my fault. I broke my new toy. I was devastated and knew I had to fix/replace the tire. But remember, I'm new to bikes and the bike tire looks intimidating to remove with all the chains and gears so I contacted the seller/company through Amazon. They were extremely helpful and extremely timely. I already bought fix a flat as well as new upgraded inner tubes but they sent me a tutorial video how to replace the back tire as well as new inner tubes. They didn't have to but that kind of customer appreciation speaks volumes.So long story short, if your a beginner and don't need some crazy suped up electric mountain bike, get this one. You won't regret it. If you do plan on being a little more adventurous than me and really going up and down more treacherous trails I would suggest having some upgraded inner tubes and tires (26x1.95) and also a portable air compressor.All in all great bike!

My first one. My car died and can't afford another one right now, but need a way to goto get food, bank, maybe movie,,,this bike what is needed for that. Researched and for my needs, this one is perfect. To old to peddle 10 speed up long hill on 4 lane traffic,,,this bike handles it perfectly, Easy to recharge battery.Ideal for my weight.Cruise right along. Well built and not too heavy to lift, rides easy. What I need to get around and pick up necessary things I need and take care of business. Luckly for me, Everything I need is within a couple miles and beats having to walk. It was easy to learn how to operate and die. For first time EBike owner and rider, this is what I need.

When we first received the bike the display came cracked everything still functions however, and when I got ahold of customer service to see what they could do for me they were quick to respond and offered either some money back or a replacement display with no questions asked. Aside from that the bike is quick, feels sturdy, looks sleek, and was well worth it.

This is my second e-bike purchased on Amazon. My first one, from another company which cost a lot more, was a nightmare having issues with the front wheel, assembly and battery. This e-bike was quite different. It is a quality build and pretty easy to assemble. The user guide is better than most and only missed a couple of minor steps such as installing fenders and reflectors. The only real issue I had was that the rod going through the front axle had some rust on it and inside the wheel which prevented easy insertion of the rod. I fixed this with some brake cleaner and WD-40. Customer support was quick to respond and helpful. So far, I am very pleased with this bike and highly recommend it.

Very disappointed with the bike and company customer service. Tyre got punctured in couple days, called customer service number for advice , no one if picking up the calls. On App AI generated service not helpful.

I was worried about ordering a bike online because I’ve never put together a bike before, but the videos made it very easy. My son loves his new bike! All the cool features like the horn, night light, and even the charging port excites him. It’s the perfect bike for a 13 year old. 10/10 recommend due to fast shipping and all of the support from customer service when I had any questions.

Shipping was slow seller was very pleasant and responsive when ran across problems would buy again, product works as it should somewhat hard to assemble but works great for.my need

Purchased bike with fenders and rear rack. The rear rack was not designed for this bike and the struts to support the rack are too short. I contacted Isinwheel and they said their Amazon representative would get back to me, However Isinwheel never responded. I then contacted Amazon who said Isinwheel would contact me back. They did and wanted details and a picture which I supplied. No response for my request for a $50 refund for the defective bike rack. The bike was a gift so the recipient got a bike that was not what we purchased.
