I had to use a round rasp on the inside bottom edges so they would not scrape. The bolt tightening tool is ok. You will want to use your own wrench to get it tight. The cage rebar had very smooth sides so I had to rough it up and weld some on it to give it grip. As for comparing it to a one-piece pole, it looks like it will do the job.

There is no doubt that this post is sturdy and able to support the weight of a street light. I was disappointed with the quality. The powder coating is very easily scratched. In fact, mine had scratches incurred during shipping where the enclosed hardware rubbed against the pole. It almost looked like the pole had been installed and then repackaged but I think it more likely that the paint is of poor quality. There was some corrosion on the mounting base as well. Finally, one of the threaded holes for securing the sections of the pole together was mis-threaded and I had to use my die set to retread it before the provided bolt would screw in. Having covered all of that, I do like the pole and believe it will securely support the wind turbine I plan to install on it.

I gave this three stars just because with the size light they picture and I purchased the pole has a bit of flex that I worry about in winds. It’s not a bad pole it just could be a bit more hefty for what it’s made for. A bigger circumference would be better

It is easy to assemble and set up, And all you have to do is buy your desired lamp and attach it on. It’s really well made and weather safe, so it will be a long lasting pole. The material is really thick and durable, and the texture is very smooth and well made.

I’ve been using this street light pole for a few weeks now, and the experience has been positive. It feels very sturdy and stable, even in windy or rainy weather, without any problem at all. It needs concrete to install, and I followed the step-by-step instructions, that wasn’t super easy, and wasn’t too difficult either. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results.

This TRAYIU light pole is sturdy, and has an installation bracket that will ensure sturdy placement. We're waiting for warmer weather to pour concrete, but we have no doubt that this will be a much easier installation than types that require drilling and tapping screws. Can't wait to get these installed on our driveway!
