Rim Rimgz 63079 Aluminium Rim Protection Red, 15 Inch 4–Piece Set of 4

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this item to protect my car from curb rashes and was excited to put them on. I bought it off ebay.Few notes:1) Installation. There are installation instructions on youtube and on the rolla website. I brought my car to a tire store to have it installed.2) Performance. After about 2 weeks, I noticed that 3 out of 4 rings were starting to come off. I had to borrow a car jack and re-install 3 rings. Less than a week after, they again started to come off. I AGAIN reinstalled the rings and made sure it stayed on tightly. A few days passed, they started to come off again. After a long 2hour drive, one of them actually fell OFF the wheels.3) I emailed ROlla and they did not respond. I called them up multiple times (4-6x) in a span of a week and was able to talk to Sasha and he said to email the pictures. I emailed them the pictures as requested and NEVER heard from them again. I email 4x times thereafter and NEVER got any response.4) I had to dispute it with my credit card company and thankfully they covered it.My thoughts:- Your mileage may vary, but if a product fails 3 out of 4 times, there is something wrong there.- I replayed the installation videos and made sure to follow them. I know I installed them right because one of them stayed on. The other 3 came off.- Whenever you re-install a ring, they will never stay on like the 1st time. I tried rotating them, same results. Once you installed them once, they won't perform like the first time. How do I know, 1st install, stayed 2 weeks, Thereafter it only stayed a few days.- The product is expensive. I don't mind if it actually works, but in this case, it doesn't.- HOrrible, horrible customer service. CAlls get redirected to voicemail and NO response to multiple emails. If they stand by their product they should try to correct it or at least respond. They say it comes with 1 year warranty, Till now, 2months passed no response whatsoever.I would NOT recommend this product but like I say, your results may vary. They also sold on ebay under the name rimringz, checking it now, I don't see them posting anymore. Maybe they have similar complaints. I also saw a few on Amazon in different sizes, to date, I only see 1 item listed. I seldom post reviews but their customer service left such a bad taste that I am compelled to let people know.

Dopo aver ricevuto articolo differente ho restituito la merce a mie spese e dopo 2 settimane sono ancora in attesa di rimborso. Assurdo. Sconsigliatissimo!
