I got this for my wife for Christmas. She's used to the cheaper made ones picked up locally. This jacket she was very happy with the quality and fit. I got her a black one. I may buy a white one for her later.

These do run small so I would have sized up. Great quality though and still comfortable. They are on the short side which works well if you tuck your uniform tops in.
