RodelleVanilla Beans, 2 Count Jar

It was recommended by a blogger that these are "the best" vanilla beans. I used these to make vanilla bean fudge as Christmas gifts to coworkers and neighbors. I was very impressed with these vanilla beans and will order in the future for ice cream and other goodies. I am currently still using these to make vanilla sugar. Once I scrape out the vanilla bean to use in a recipe I take the vanilla bean, put it in a separate container and add sugar. The sugar then absorbs the extra flavor and goodness of the vanilla bean. I use this in any recipe that calls vanilla or might benefit from that extra vanilla flavor. This extra use makes them more worth the $$.

These vanilla beans were a decent quality, however, there was not a lot of vanilla bean seeds when scraped. They were a bit thin for the price. It may have just been the two beans I received, though. It is a good thing the product comes with two vanilla beans, however. Despite that my cake recipe called for only one, I messed up the recipe and had to start over, so was glad to have the extra one.

Don't have much experience with vanilla beans, but these seem nice and soft and the cupcakes I made with them came out delicious.

My favorite vanilla bean, by far. I loved Rodelle vanilla extract and used it for a long time - Now, I use the vanilla beans. Incredible flavor and scent.

Good quality! I used it to infuse olive oil! Though this would be perfect to make two batches of vanilla extract! Sweet and fragrant!

Good quality beans. Now if I can only find a good tool to easily split and scrape the pods I'd be a happy camper.

PERFECT beans. Plump, juicy, and they pass the "tie a knot without breaking it" test. I will definitely buy again
