Product does exactly what it's meant to. Makes amazing smoothies and frappes in the jug. May not be as powerful as some of them out there but great for all my needs and I tend to make most things from scratch and hasn't failed me yet. It hasnt failed to blend, blitz or mix anything that I've put in there so far and I've used both fresh and frozen items, and also icecubes etc. Very happy with my purchase and would definately recommend for the price.

I only used it once and the item stopped working. Very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. Since I realised it late I could not return it.

I understand that the price of the food processor is not really high but I did not expect it would get broken so quickly. My husband just wanted to make a smoothie with a few dates and alas it got broken. I still can use all other parts but no smoothies anymore, unfortunately. Please be aware that you can chop, cut and do other stuff very carefully and choose soft fruits and vegetables only. Before this one I had another food processor and I never had such problems. However, I hope that the manufacturer will replace the item in the nearest future

This was a replacement for my old food processor. I am not disapointed, it is great vakue for money and does everything I need it to do
