Missing DC power cable, camera wires smoked.
Was missing DC power cable. Amazon couldn't send out just the cable so they sent a full replacement. That was also missing the DC power cable. Original camera smoked when powered up. (Had to order power cable elsewhere) Was having no luck testing the other replacement camera (using television monitors) so I thought it best to just send everything back. Bought a similar looking camera from a different vendor (same one that I bought the power cable from) and that one works.
