We have irregular sleep hours, so we've been taking melatonin daily. And this works super. So different than the other ones.I was compelled to write this review because I was surprised at the amount of negative reviews, considering that this is a great and ethical product. Those are terse reviews. One of them said "Bitter tasting!". After reading that, , I took one to deliberately notice the bitterness, and the bitterness is so mild if any. The real bitter tasting ones are from the brand that we just gave up, even though they've added so much harmful chemicals and sweeteners, the typical one that you SWALLOW (found out because once in a while I swallowed it a few seconds late as I fetched water). Think about this: If a pill is so bitter, why would the direction says to put it under the tongue to melt it?After getting stung, these days I don't trust any reviews automatically. Reference, cross reference, and take everything with a grain of salt. And when it comes to supplements, read all the ingredients, and research the ones you don't know. As much as you can control, take care of your health and know what you're ingesting. (Edited to add: My spouse just told me that it's indeed bitter if you PUT IT ON YOUR TONGUE. The direction says to put it UNDER your tongue - and at bed time (since this one works quickly)We switched to this Melatonin once the bottle of a cheap and very popular brand was finished. That famous brand that we recently got rid of has a glut of bottles targeting different target markets and we selected the one with the least amount of harmful ingredients. But I thought that since we first selected one of their melatonin a few years ago, they eventually snuck in one of the many ingredients that we avoid - All of their melatonin may appear the same, but they have different mix and amount of harmful finishing ingredients. I've noticed that it's the same with most other supplement companies.

Works pretty well. I have a lot of pain, and falling asleep is often a big challenge, but these little pills are very helpful.

I use this brand for a number of supplements that I take and really trust and rely on it. This particular supplement did not agree with my particular body chemistry. The seller was very quick to respond and offered me a full refund. I will continue to use this brand and I am so impressed with their level of customer service.

Good price, easy to use, tasteless & great for anyone that has issues swollowing tablets. It also works well & quickly. Only gave 4 stars because I woke up with a headache:(

I buy multiple products from this company and have been pleased with all of them. I appreciate the ease of sublinguals. This is a tad bitter but nothing off-putting enough to not purchase it again. The price point on it is excellent and I like that I can buy them here if my local Sprouts Market is out.

I don’t love these. I should have paid more attention but it’s like a flavorless piece of chalk. I also like to use a pill cutter and split my pills I only take full dose is needed. These are so tiny it’s almost impossible. I’ve had half milligram pills that are four times the size Not fulfiller filler. Also didn’t seem to help me sleep as well as other brands.

I LOVE this melatonin. Hits me fast, dissolves under the tongue, (I have enough supplements to swallow) and it works! Also, the bottle lasts a long time. I pop it under my tongue rehire I'm getting ready for bed. Gets into the blood stream and yawning in less than 30 minutes. I've been using only this brand since I first tried it. It's less money on Amazon.

This product is easy to take - just let it dissolve under your tongue. There is no bad taste and it seems to help.
