To my complete relief mine looks and works like brand new. I'm happy with everything. Just a heads up so u know before u purchase:The box might come dented, with no instructions, with a generic charger that will probably damage ur watch, and without the extra strap as what happened to me. There is also a high probability that you will NOT get the original samsung charger for this watch as was the case with me. I read all the reviews prior to ordering so i knew what i was in for. I already have a samsung wireless charger for my phone so i thought that would work to charge my watch as well! I was wrong, they were not compatible for some reason to my dismay! I really thought it would of worked:( so i had to actually go out and buy a brand new one from best buys bc my watch was completely drained of battery when i received it and i wanted a charger asap. So buy this with the expectation that u will most likely need to buy one and they are expensive btw. This watch only takes to the original wireless compatible samsung charger. Anyways, i am NOT complaining at all, just a heads up b4 you buy of what to possibly expect. If you want something that comes with everything brand new, buy retail. I saw alot if reviews with ppl complaining about what they received. But you have no reason to complain when you buy at a steeply discounted price🤷 it's discounted for a reason..The choice is yours👍

The description said "excellent" condition. The watch I got is very worn, scratched and dirty. The numbers have all faded from the black rim, you wouldn't even know they were meant to be numbers there. I thought there was a screen protector on, at first, and didn't mind the bubbles. But later realised there's no screen protector, and what I thought were bubbles are scratches. The speaker is clogged with dirt, makes me wonder if it'll work. I'm charging it, so not sure about functionality yet. If the description had been accurate, I never would have bought it. The quality is so bad, I actually regret not spending more for a brand new one.

I didn't expect this watch to be so big and clunky. It's a decent watch overall, but coming from a Fitbit, it's an adjustment. The band that it came with was too big for me, but I was planning to change it out to a metal band with a magnetic clasp anyways.Pros:-Nice looking especially with a replacement watch band.-Easy release bands make changing out bands easy-Can get 2 to 2.5 days of use from a full charge-Fairly easy to use-Rotating dial makes changing between screens easyCons:-It's big and not the lightest of watches-Battery life not as great as my Fitbit Charge 5--which I can get close to a week of use before having to charge it-Runs on Tizen instead of Wear OS so app options are limited

The battery life is barely 18 hrs, with regular normal.use, , after that it must go to battery saving mode....Looks used but for 60 it's fine, not rose gold, just gold, came with a charger that didn't work so I had to buy another one....The straps are very uncomfortable, too long and they hang outside of the watch so they get trapped with clothes or things and they come out of the belt so I had to buy a different bracelet too aloneg with the charger. I tried to call their customerservice for the charger but it was terrible service so I just bought a charger from amazon..although they should have sent a new one, but was not easy to deal with them...I guess it's an ok watch, I bought it after I bought the samsung watch 4 because the battery was barelyy 12 hrs and this older versión surprisingly has a much better battery life that the 4 (wich I returned to tmobile for that reason).

I have been wearing this 15 days...the pink plastic band that comes with it has already broken. It takes HOURS to charge (when it is not even totally dead), it must be charged every single day or it does go fully dead.I ordered a genuine Samsung watch charger, thinking that might make it charge faster....nope. Takes just as long AND gives me a message that I should "use the original charger." Making me wonder if the entire thing is counterfeit and not actually a Samsung.I figured for $50 how could I go wrong? I have ordered other "refurbished" items in the past and been pleased with them. Not so much this time.

just received the watch and it looks exactly as described by the seller. looks new, no scratches. the band and the charger are not oem, but that is minor. i had no intention of using a silicone band, as for me it always causes irritation. there are plenty good bands sold on amazon. sure, it would be nice to have the samsung charger, but every seller of used/refurbished watches includes off-brand chargers. given the price of the watch, this is not a deal breaker.battery sucks, but thats not a sellers' fault. samsung did not bother making expensive watches with batteries that last for more than 24h. so, just like your phone needs daily charges, so is this watch. i do miss the long-lasting battery of my el cheapo chinese watch that ran for 7+ days on 1 charge. but i love the look of this watch, so had to except a poor battery life. c'est la vie

The watch dies to fast I didn't even have it on a hour and it died and I was charging it for 4 hours but it wouldn't reach 100 charging so something is wrong with the watch other then that its beautiful and im upset it won't work right
