Old lights were getting oxidized and were never very bright. New ones look great and are are nice and bright. I would give a 5 star for ease of install, however they do not have the external alignment screws, you have to adjust them from the back side of the light, but that is pretty difficult on my truck. I had to remove the light make adjustments and reinstall. just no way to get a wrench on the adjustment screws when installed.

Changed out the bulbs to LEDs. DDM in low and Aukee in highs. The highs are better than a 50” light bar. Nice crisp spot beam easily reaches 1/2 mile. Lows are ok but not spectacular. Pain to adjust. Way better than OEM Don’t use HIDs. The low shut off when switching to high beam. Socwhwn you switch back HIDs take a few seconds to warm up. Projector lows have a decent line with minimal light scatter.

Loved these headlights nice and bright, simple installation and gave the truck a clean look.

Very nice set of lights. Packaged well and easy to install. Not sure why some are saying you need to mod/cut housing. I didn’t have to on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. Splicing of the wire for the fluorescent tube was not a big deal. You kind of expect that being that it is for your daylight running lights and our stock headlights do not come with an extra connector for this line. Splicing is easy. Splice in to the turn signal/daylight running lights harness. Splice in to the black wire and connect it to black wire on new housing. Splice in the middle wire and connect it to the red wire on new housing and your done. You’ll need splicing connectors to make the job easy/clean. Really updates the front end of the truck.

Mine came in a brand new red box with white Spyderco lettering.Even though Amazon says they will fit. They will not. Physical dimensions they are the headlights for 2002-2005 Dodge Ram pickup, but the turn signal bulb housing does not fit. You have to rewire the turn signal to accept 2009-2012 Mopar 68083021AA. If that would even work, and not hit sheet metal.These are not true plug and play. If you’re looking to spend close to 400 on these look at the AlphaRex 02-05 Dodge Ram PRO-Series Halogen Projector Headlights. The LUXX series comes with LED, and the pro is halogens, you can replace one of the halogens on the pro series easily. If you want to replace the halogens on both high, and low beams you need to disassemble the light. These have 2 separate projectors, and use 2 h-7 bulbs instead of the one 9007 in a reflector style beam.The AlphaRex Pro is a beautiful light with max brightness (with LED) that does not blind on coming traffic. You can stand directly in front of the headlights in pitch black looking direct all them, ands see perfectly without shielding your eyes. Behind the wheel, and you look forward your headlights might as have changed into the sun. Bright, and wide pattern.

The DRL bar isn't bright at all. The turn signal socket was made incorrectly and had to cut the tabs on the bulb side a bit and completely removing the larger of the 3 for it to go in. The crimp connections are poor quality and I replaced all with Dupont's weather tight connectors. And 1 of the spring clips that hold the H1 lights broke..Light shines through the outer perimeter of the housings and I can see the wires that makeup the DRL light bar. For $250 I'd expect little more attention to detail

These headlights look great, but they either need to redesign the lobe locations for the turn signals or provide adapters for their design. I had to purchase universal sockets, but they didn't even work! I ended up carving on the locking slots until the universal sockets fit. The instructions also talk about needing a CCFL power inverter. It would be better to create downloadable vehicle specific instructions, instead of sending a generic instruction book.

I like the style and quality. I installed LED lights in mine. You may have to fiddle with H1 LED for the highbeam to get it clocked correctly but it’s easily doneTo adjust the headlight. You have to remove them to get to the screws so they’re not like factory would be the only downfall.
