So I may NEVER know what this product is. Like. I made a typo in my address and now the package seems lost forever in the mail purgatory between here and China. I understand it was my mistake, but the address I entered doesn't even exist, so it will never get delivered anywhere. I have tried for the past month to communicate this with both the seller and the post office, but since someone at USPS made the mistake of saying the package was delivered (when it was not!) the package has come impossible for me to track, yet the seller can't seem to understand that I need their help to fix the address or have it returned to them to get a refund.Again, my mistake, so I can't even rate the actual product. I am rating the level of understanding from the seller. This is probably a sign to stop ordering internationally since if mistakes happen there is no solution, just purgatory for my funds and my item. I'm pretty frustrated by this whole thing, however if the seller can understand and offer SOME solution, aside from tell me me what I already know, I would be willing to rate a bit higher. Customer service is part of the whole package, in my opinion.

I bought this wig for a cosplay I was planning for a local anime con. The wig was beautiful, but the attachable pigtails were a nightmare! I bought a wig brush and some leave in conditioner for synthetic hair to keep the pigtails from getting tangled, but nothing seemed to work. I couldn't walk around for 5 minutes without having to stop in a bathroom to brush out the huge knots of tangles that were constantly forming. I eventually had to cut the pigtails shorter and shorter until I had to throw them away completely. I probably won't buy this style again.

I love this wig and always get tons of compliments on it.But it does tangle SOOOO easily that I can't give it 5. And I haven't found an easy way to UNtangle it.Very Soft and fun to wear. Even though it is a bit heavy - just make sure to balance the clips and you can still dance all night in it - just be prepared to deal w tangles.

The top piece is too long, it cuts off my vision.The tail clips are too heavy but they aren't awful.The hair get rather tangled and there is no way to fix it but to hope no one notices.

Tangles really easily but that's only because its SO long. Once I cut it, I was able to comb it and tame it and then it was really manageable.

This wig is far better than any other wig i have ever bought in the past.! If you are looking to cosplay as Zatsune Miku and/or BRS then you came to the right place! Very realistic hair and it does tangles often but you could always fix that. I definitely recommend this wig. x)x)x)

The base wig came at a longer length than expected, but I'm actually really glad because it was so much fun to cut and style! The ponytails were perfect as is, just the base was pretty long. It's very easy to cut and VERY FUN.

i ordered this for a cosplay due on the 15th of march and i ordered it at the end of February. i was worried i wouldn't get it on time. i got my wig for my cosplay with plenty of time to spare!!!
