BalanceFrom 3 in 1 20"x24"x30" Foam Plyometric Box Jumping Exercise

I have been doing Crossfit for 3 years and I have been steadily working my way up to Women's RX box jumps but I've been too scared to jump on the 20 inch wooden box at the gym. I bought this foam box to practice on at home and I totally got over my fear. I'm so happy I bought this!!!!!

The lightweight version is great. Not super heavy, doubts of it being sturdy unfounded. Came in good shape. Will update as I get startedUPDATE: Very sturdy, holds weight evenly. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a jump box

Iv been using this box for approx 4 months constantly. Exercises include step ups, single leg lunges, dips, planks and box jumps. It has held up well so far with no rips or fading. It cleans up well if done frequently. For box jumps it really helps absorb the impact that wooden boxes create. It’s sturdy if keep on level ground. In addition it’s lightweight for its size. This was the best price on the market for this size, but the quality remains.

Looked at many options here on amazon before I decided to go for this mostly because of it being lightweight, decent price and comparatively (to similar options) having decent reviews for being solid despite its lightweight. Reviews were mixed on whether to go with the 16lbs vs 60lbs version. I am 6' 195 lbs and have done one workout so far using the 16lbs version and it held up very well, stable, no slipping around (I used it in the middle of our garage floor). When jumping on the 30" (tall) side though the landing surface is, of course, smaller (given it is a cuboid) so you gotta make sure to land in the middle otherwise it will feel somewhat instable with this lighter version. Hopefully, I will remember to update again after a few months of usage.

I have been doing crossfit and HIIT training for years and wanted to set up a home gym. This is a fantastic addition. I got the heavy one for stability on jumps and aggressive movements. The padding is a really plus to save the knees and wrists on explosive movements. I can't imagine getting a better quality as this is absolutely first rate AND it is about 1/2 the price as the big brand ones. Do yourself a favor if you are in the market for one of these and buy this one. You will be pleased.

Pros: This box is super light weight and easy to move. Its padded and makes jumping up for box jumps much less intimidating. Overall, seems like the quality is pretty good and it is well made. It is the same size as your typical Rogue jump boxes. 20 x 24 x 30. (Photo for comparison).Cons: Because this box is SO light, it seems to wobble a bit when you jump onto it, especially at 30". You have to keep your weight evenly distributed across it to keep it stable. If you stand too much on one side it feels like it will tip. Time will tell how it will stand up to repeated use in an adventure training center where it will get used pretty heavily.

UPDATE: 10 months in and it’s still getting the job done.This product has been perfect for the price. I've only ever used stackable foam or wooden plyo boxes. This one definitely gets the job done. I wanted foam not only for my shins, but also because I workout with minimal footwear. My workout partner and I have no issues with the 30" variation of this box when jumping. It wobbles like foam should wobble, but even on my worst jumps it doesn't even cross my mind that the box could fall over.This product comes with a warranty and offers a jump rope with a review. It doesn't say that I must leave a positive review on the warranty card, but I honestly have no reservations about this product and my recommendation.

Bought this item for my daughter to work on her jumping. My concern with a wooden box was what if she doesn't nail the jump and lands on it... well, that is exactly what happened when she tried the 30" side. Instead of landing with a thud, she came up laughing and immediately tried again. In other words, it did exactly what I hoped it would do, encouraged her to try again instead of getting hurt.

I ordered the wrong product. This one is the regular “light weight” model. I had wanted the heavier version.... didn’t read the title correctly and ended up with the light weight version.... and am glad I did. Not only was the price soooo much better than the competition (almost a $100 Canadian....... or $5 US ;) I am very pleased with the apparent strength in the construction and the ability of the foam cube to hold its form and my weight. I am nearly 210lbs.... not even a dent when I jump on the 30in height. Weebles wobble? No, nor do they fall down. I have found this to be very stable so far. Only on one jump at 30 with tired legs did I only catch an end, stayed on, the cube wiggled.... but nothing dangerous. I would have preferred the heavy box I’ll be honest, but with this regular version anyone can move it, flip it, and as it would seem, safely use it. If it holds my bulbous torso, I wouldn’t have fear for others. But don’t start at 30in if you have no leg strength. Be smart, be safe, have fun. So far my daughter at under 4 ft can jump the 30 and land safely..... but she’s a rockstar. Longevity seems decent. Can’t find any issues with the construction or sewing or zipper. Easy to wipe down or clean. Price always is in flux with Amazon. Everyday is a different bite so hopefully you can buy low.... even at current price it is still cheaper than comp.Update on price: must have purchased item on a low day because this item has been now over $100 more than what we purchased it for. Stock and demand? Still a great item I’ve been using nearly every day... although my jumping daughter now uses it as a seat for tv viewing.

This product is awesome. Our entire family enjoys this Jump Box. I like that you can set the height to one of three sizes depending on who is using it and how it is being used. The thing that amazes me the most is the durable structure in comparison to its relatively light weight. Also, the box doesn't need to be against a wall to prevent it from moving during multiple jumps, it stays in place. I highly recommend this product.

This Balance Foam is a must have for anyone who works out at home.Material is one of the best, Super sturdy, light and in fact better than the ones at the gym.The padding does a great job on protecting my knees & its easy to clean.If anybody is doing cross fit or any form of cardio, i would recommend!

This is by far the best choice for box jumps. It's sturdy and well built. The 16lb version is easy to move around and sturdy enough to support a large adult male. Highly recommended!

This box is lightweight so it is easy to move throughout the home. Nicely padded so no fear of shin injuries.20" & 24" feel very balanced for box jumps for the whole family (8years - adults).30" makes me feel slightly unsteady for box jumps, but my husband is okay with them. Step-ups at 30" feel secure.

I really love this product! It's better than expected and the measurements are well marked and easy to change up when working out. Thank you for the great product. The softness makes my missed plyo-jumps less painful on the shins too and the grip makes slips less likely! Awesome addition to my little home gym!

What I liked about the 3 in 1 20" 24" 30" Foam Plyometric Box is that it is sturdy, durable, lightweight, has 3 adjustable sizes and is great value for the money for myself and my high school students to perform jumping exercises.

Product is as expected. It is foam inside, so lighter than the wood plyo boxes that I have used at the gym. Makes me more confident, knowing that I won't hurt my shins if I miss my jump. Great product and best price I could find.
