I have no idea if fish oil works or not. I have been taking it for years and have tried several different brands. The Nordic Naturals have no fishy taste or smell. They cost more but I'm worth it right?? Last time I bought the Cosco brand because they were cheaper, but they really had a fishy smell and taste.

I don't really know if it helps me or what I should notice in terms of improvements, but the specifications look good, and the customer reviews are very positive and the capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any fishy aftertaste, which is important for me. Based on the companies product description, it seems like it's a really good quality fish oil, which is important for me. I will continue using it for more months and hopefully I will outlive everyone..

This product is absolutely defective.! It’s clumped up and if you try to break it up to access a single pill, your hands smell like you’ve gutted fish and it doesn’t leave your hands! Horrible smell, and taste! I’ll never buy this stuff again!And now, the capsules maybe associated with micro toxins too boot.
