Plate HGR VYL TIP 7-10

My sister gave me a cute decorative plate for Christmas 2019. I only just got around to hanging it up. My plate is 8-1/4" in diameter and this Tripar Plate Hanger fits perfectly. I read many of the reviews and was concerned about the ability to actually get my plate on the wall, but with a little adjustment to the wall hook, it went up fine. This hanger is nice, but the type of plate you are using it for makes a big difference in the ability to hang it. My plate had a ridge on the back so the plate was not flat. That ridge is what makes this plate style difficult to hang with this particular hanger, however; it can be worked around. Necessity is the mother of invention. I made it work fine and my Christmas Lab plate it decorating the wall now.

The spring portion stretches nicely and fits securely on my plate, BUT the hardware that came to mount on the wall is laughably too small to actually hold said plate with springs attached. I used a drywall screw that was twice as long as the included nail to get the plate to hang flat.

These work great in keeping decorative plates securely on the wall. The protective coating is barely visible and keeps the plates from becoming scratched.

Well made but could not hang it because the vee-hanger wasn’t long enough to reach the wall. Maybe for completely flat platters.

I bought 2 different sizes. I have since hung 2 plates on the wall using these hangers. So far they are still on the wall and the plates are still intact. The hangers did not scratch the plates. Satisfied.

Ugly. Oh so ugly. But.... it gets the job done. It does fit the plates. Just ugly.

I hung my decorative plate with confidence knowing it was held tightly and the edges were protected.

This small hanger works well for hanging our baby plate. Could be improved if the Wall attachment was more sizeable.

Bought several PLATE Wire Hangers. The new ones out now have rubber tip ends so as not to scratch the Bradford Exchange Plates. Great new style. Will be buying more.
