Great tool, poor customer service.
Very good sander. Unfortunately the hook and loop backing pad did not last very long. That is not a problem, the problem is the company failed to respond to me and provide info to replace the backing pad attachment. I wanted to order 6. I had to eventually go on ebay to order it. I should be able to purchase replacement parts ON Amazon for tools I purchased ON Amazon.

Great tool!
Great tool! I love this thing, I'm a professional painter and it saves me tons of time on sanding little dirt nibs. It doesn't sand in a dual action pattern it sort of goes back and forth like you would blocking. I wish I would have bought this years ago
