My favorite EO blend by far! This has been a lifesaver for my 4yo son's sleep issues...he has night terrors and we use the oil in a little roller before bed as a "bad dream-away" potion, and it has helped immensely. He loves that part of his bedtime routine and is actually waking far less in the middle of the night. When he does wake, he is able to go back to sleep more easily. We also diffuse GoodNight blend in our bedroom - I love the smell and I think I sleep better (waking less) which my fitbit also confirms! Even if it's just the placebo effect...I don't care - it still smells really lovely and we're all getting more sleep, so it's 100% worth the already low price! I recommend to all my mom friends, and my parents as well (who also struggle with sleep issues) I would buy this stuff by the gallon - no need to go with those MLM companies and spend 10x the price, I have several of the Healing Solutions oils and they are very high quality and clarity. LOVE GoodNight blend!!!

Love this product and it does help me sleep. However, please skip the packaging! It took me several minutes to get it out of the box and it's so unnecessary to package this way. I'd rather have it shipped in simple bubble wrap, save the box and lower the price a few cents (or save the environment).

We use this every night both for mine & my husband's room and our child's. I can't say for sure if it helps sleep, but I definitely found it helped reduce symptoms of allergies such as coughing, stuffy nose, and post nasal drip. I really just was looking for the mood benefits of a pleasant smell so these benefits surprised me. I was able to stop taking allergy meds I had previously taken year round for decades.

Just ordered my second bottle of this. I can have a bit of insomnia some nights where my mind just doesn't seem to want to turn off. I diffuse this as I am getting into bed and it works like a charm. I have felt wide awake when getting into bed and this had me passed out within minutes. Definitely worth it. You won't be sorry.UPDATE:Have bought this oil a few times now but this last one I ordered does not smell the same. It also doesn't seem to do the trick of helping me sleep, like the previous versions I received. Lost a star because I am disappointed.

I originally tried this exact oil in a set. I quickly realized how much it helped me sleep more solid. I've always been a picky sleeper, hearing every little sound, bothered by the softest light, etc. When this oil came in the set I figured it smelled nice but no way could a oil possibly help me get a more restful night's sleep. I was wrong. The noticable lavender oil in it is so soothing and calming. Within minutes I drift to a deep sleep. I've come back for the larger bottle twice now. I am hooked and notice when I don't use it just how affected my sleep is. Would recommend for anyone, babies and children included.

I was looking for this simple blend as a different company that I ordered from, only had this blend in a multi-pack with other scents I didn't need. I was hoping this would be similar. This is perfect. It smells better and lasts longer. The price for the amount is really nice too. A lovely blend of Lavender, Clary sage and Copaiba. I could smell it in another room, even before I started my diffuser. Yet, when the diffuser started, it doesn't overpower my bedroom with a closed door! I will continue to purchase from this company as long as they make this blend! I use it for both my kids and myself!

This is the next best sleep aid I am able to get in bulk. I buy a the largest bottle available and mix with an equal amount of mineral water, Pellegrino to be specific, in a brown glass spray bottle. I spray every night on wrists and pillows or palms of hands and soles of feet. The best remedy is Stress Fix concentrated oil by Aveda, recommended by one of my teachers when I went there, however you cannot buy it in the 30 ml size unless you're a student or employee there and without the 75% discount it is way too expensive compared to using this product. I have tried many and this is the best one I have come across.

I think this is the best smelling sleep essential oil blend! I put a few drops of this every night in my cool mist diffuser. It really relaxes and calms me down. I doze off in about 10 mins!! Few other sleep blend brands would make me feel really nauseous and/or wouldn't help me sleep. So I tried the smaller bottle first and really loved the smell and noticed how calm it made me and my toddler. So I went ahead and got the larger one. You won't regret it!
