I Don't Like to Leave 1 Star Reviews
I tend not to trust them myself because people get angry and vindictive when they have a problem with a product. But in this case I feel a single star is justified. The brushed nickel coating is so thin it's basically just paint, some of which had chipped off by the time installation was complete, despite the lack of contact with any tools. Then after about 3 weeks of very light usage the flimsy trigger fell off of the sprayer and I can't seem to put it back on. I figure I'm better off just cutting my losses now and purchasing a better quality brand-name sprayer. Lesson learned.

Orginal and Replacement leak upon install - Bad Quality
Purchased this item and immediately it started to leak from the head, not from the part you connect it to. Returned it for a replacement, the replacement does the same thing and leaks from the exact same place. Since this leaks from a part that the consumer does not need to connect, it is defect in the manufacturing process. Seems like its an internal seal/ring that is failing. Purchased a different brand from the local hardware store and it worked easy upon install. I will not purchase this brand anymore, first and last time.

Installs Easily - Broke After 3 Months
This sprayer replacement installed easily and worked fine until a couple days ago - after 3 months and a couple weeks usage. The bar that you press to engage the water flow stuck in the 'on' position, and then when I pressed it again to try to get it to stop the water flow, the entire bar fell off the sprayer! I know you generally get what you pay for, but this was really disappointing. I only gave it the stars I did because of the easy installation. Would not recommend unless you need a really quick, cheap, temporary spray head until you can afford one of better quality.

Cancer and birth defects included, no extra charge
I just installed this product. Three issues:3) The product includes a retainer clip to secure the hose into the nut that holds the sprayer. I could not manage to attach this clip. It's basically C-shaped, is supposed to fit into a groove on the end of the sprayer hose. But the opening is so narrow I could not get it to open enough to snap into the groove. It's very hard to work with. I tried using a screwdriver and needle-nose pliers, but to no avail. I ended up using the old clip from the sprayer I replaced, which had a wider opening.2) It leaks. Is it because of #3 (above)? Maybe! But the #1 issue is:1) After I installed the sprayer, I saw a tiny piece of paper in the package with a tiny font, stating the following: "WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." Oh that's great! Just want I want installed in my kitchen sink!Seriously, why is this even offered for sale?My buying advice: don't

Cheap
From the moment I opened this item, I knew it would not last. It is SO CHEAP looking. The plastic chrome that meets the actual plastic spray piece where the water comes out at the top is rigid. It should be smooth but you can see that the cheap manufacturing process and cheap material create a . I hooked this up and it leaked from top of it the very first time I used it. This is not from hooking it up wrong. A bad hookup job would have leaked at the hose connection. This has defective pieces in the handle. Its not surprised looking at the cheap manufacturing process and materials. This will definitely not last even if you have one that's not leaking right out of the package. DON'T waster your money.

An easy fix.
I was thinking about replacing the whole kitchen sink taps and hand spray unit when the old spray head decided to give up the ghost. Then my brother in law suggested I look on Amazon to see if they supply replacement spray heads. Sure enough there they were. Be careful to choose the right connection for your sink. If the tube (hose) is working OK, no kinks or leaks, then don't bother to replace it that, could be a major plumbing job, depending upon how difficult access to the underside of your sink is. This way you just have to unscrew the old spray head and replace it with the new one. Now I have my needle jets back, to scrub the cutting boards and blast off the pots and pans before they get properly cleaned in the dishwasher. I'm all for an easy life.

Product and seller is Junk !
I ordered one of these few years ago, which frozen water damaged. I hit amazon reorder button month ago. The product I got and installed would continue spraying water when off. I was going ( had auth ) to return but further inspection of product, one of the hinge tabs was broken inside. So I figured maybe kids broke it while trying to install for me. ( You know kids ) So I didn't return it and ate the cost.. I ordered another "new" one...Parts were missing in the new one. lucky for me I purchased two junk products from this seller and made one working product. Don't know WTF, ignorance, incompetence or both.. Products both look new in packages. Perhaps people order take parts they need and return product ? However If that's the case, why is seller selling used products as new..Don't waste your time and money with this seller and product. Save yourself the aggravation spend a few extra dollars and get a better product. Otherwise if you order, better order two and hope there is enough pieces..

well made
this was very pretty but in the end it would have been very difficult to install. I thought you would just unscrew one and screw the new one on. Not the case. You have to pull the entire hose off to change this and with my tape and sink it would have had to take the facet completely apart. I ended up buys a new faucet with a sprayer I liked, This item seemed like a good idea and it appeared well made. If you have changed these before you should have no problems, I could find a single person who had ever changed one of these.

Didn't fit the hose
Couldn't believe it but it didn't fit the existing hose that I had. The nipple that goes through that needs the clip on wasn't long enough for this.Ended up going to a big box store to find one that did fit. Too much money to return so it's a book ornament now

Excellant replacement
We replaced the sprayer head on our existing Kohler side spray. This was an exact match and works great.
