Quite the PUNCH! not sweet at all but I love it
I'd never had a green tea like this, it was shocking at first. The nuttyness. For a second I thought it was because maybe the tea was expired or something, but I kept drinking it and it's really grown on me, it turns out that the reason why it's so nutty is because there are stems in the roast, I looked this up. Some people may not like it, but I really love it and if it wasn't so damn expensive I'd drink more of this. This is LEGIT green tea I think, but it's not sweet at all, and it's not smooth, it packs a NUTTY punch... Like an umami flavor almost. Like this is some wabisabi level tea I feel

Bitter Yet Healthy - A Value Purchase
Ito En Tea Oi Ocha Green Tea in the Unsweetened 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 12) format has become somewhat of a staple in my pantry, but there's a catch ā I only buy it when it's on a significant sale. The taste of this green tea is undoubtedly on the bitter side, which might not be everyone's cup of tea (pun intended). However, this bitterness is a testament to its authenticity and lack of added sugars or sweeteners. It's a healthy option for those who appreciate the natural taste of green tea without any frills. The value you get when it's on sale is fantastic, making it an attractive choice for stocking up on a beverage that's both refreshing and good for you. While it may not be my everyday go-to, it's a welcome addition to my beverage rotation, especially when I'm in the mood for something pure and unadulterated. In conclusion, Ito En Tea Oi Ocha Green Tea is a no-nonsense, unsweetened green tea option that leans on the bitter side but offers great value when purchased on sale. If you're a fan of the inherent bitterness of green tea and appreciate the health benefits it provides, it's worth giving this pack a try when you find it at a discounted price.
