Great Panang curry paste
My favorite. Last quite a while and provides an authentic taste to curries and soups. May be too spicy for some - just use less.

Fresh and tasty, but a little too spicy for YELLOW curry
I love Thai curries, but much of the stuff available at my local supermarket is rather bland. I decided to try this curry paste and found it to produce much better flavor. Plus, it’s so easy to use! One thing to note - this yellow curry is pretty spicy. Fortunately, I can control that to some degree (yes, the pun was intentional), by using less paste in my recipes. I bought two tubs, and each show an expiration date that is 18 months away - nice!

The best out there....
This is the best massaman paste on the market. I prepare mine using oso bucco minus the bone. Cut into medium pieces, add onions and potatoes cut into medium pieces. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of this paste and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, smooth or crunchy your choice and fill the pan up so as you have enough water to fully cook the meat and allow to reduce the liquid amount and allow to simmer for a 1 to 2 hours so that the meat is so soft...taste test it and if desired add 1 more tablespoon of paste and coconut milk then allow a further 15 to 20 mins to really set off the flavour. Make sure there is not too much liquid or it will be runny and weak. Fantastic product and always in my fridge because the family begs me to make this when they visit.

Delicious!
My husband is the cook in the house, he swears by this curry paste. He has tried many other brands, but this is his favorite to cook with. Normally small container at the store cost similar price as this big one, but for us its the flavor. We do love Thai food, this makes restaurant flavor red curry dish. We keep it in the fridge for a long time, does not expire fast.
