I have a history of blood clots and get really bad swelling in my legs. Lots of pain all the time. This really is a game changer for me. Takes the edge off pain wise and reduces the swelling.

I like the effectiveness of this product just wish it would come in a bigger size and when it's being stored at Amazon you can tell if it's staying in a cool place or not because if you open the box and there's residue on the inside of the box you know at one point in time it got too hot

Great product that really helps with my mom’s Achilles tendinitis pain. It doesn’t take it away completely, but makes it much more bearable for her.
