2007 Ford F150 Lariat 4x4. I bought this to replace the Banks headers that I could never get to seal properly on to the down tubes. This fits reasonably well, except that the bottom of the heat shield will need to be bent, or cut away to allow the oil dipstick tube to pass by. Not a big deal, but it's silly that everyone that installs this in an F150, is gonna have to bend or modify the product to make it fit.Can't speak to the quality of the part until time has passed, but at least it was able to seal properly, with no leaks.

100,000 miles on my 2010 F150 - from Ohio/Canada. Old manifolds were rusted out and I replaced them with these. Do yourself a favor and buy stainless steel high quality studs in case you ever have to do it again. The gaskets that came with it were bent and useless but I had purchased a set of Fel-Pro MS96679 gaskets and they worked great. The fit of these manifolds is perfect and I hope they will last another 100,000 miles.

purchased to replace cracked driverside exhaust manifold, dorman has always been a reliable name for non OEM parts, lets see how long then last, direct fit, easy install as engine was out of vehicle. ( passenger side was also replaced with dorman product.)

Bought when I re-engined my 2010 F-150 (289,000 miles). Fit just like it should.

Have had on my truck for 2 months now and still am very satisfied.

Cracked within 6 months. Completely broke off at 13 months or 30K miles. Not worth the money, considering the extremely expensive/complicated RE&RE job. OEM lasted 4 years. In all fairness, truck is used in moderate to heavy duty applications. Going for stainless steel this time around.

Although the price is tempting over Ford Genuine parts, do not try to save money by going this route. The longer you use these manifolds, the more they leak. My stock manifolds reached 275,000km with a minor leak. I have 30,000km on these now and can't stand how poor my truck sounds. I will be replacing these with Ford factory manifolds next week.

2008 f150. Perfect fit been nice and quiet. Bought left right side.

Perfect fit for a 2005 F150, XLT with 5.4L engine. Did not use provided studs, nuts or gaskets. OEM seems better, so used them.

Good product, however could be better if sold with replacement studs, people probably would buy more even if it was a few bucks extra.

Did not come with new stainless steel bolt and nuts
