One of the chairs assembled perfectly, but the other chair was missing the required number of bolts and the brackets were badly fitted so even had the bolts been available it could not be put together. So I threw the 2nd chair out and ordered some other rattan furniture. Totally overpriced considering the poor quality.

If viewed physically before purchase it would have been obvious that it was not worth the price. Having assembled it could no longer return it but so disappointed with the quality. The ration effect plastic is flimsy and soft . The cushions appear okay but the furniture itself is very poor. As in the sales pictures the set looks good but only buy if reduced by a decent amount.

This product was almost impossible to put together had none of the holes lined up. We now have some screws sticking out and I’m worried the children could catch their legs

Poor build quality,table does not sit on floor properly. Disappointed at this price i expected it to come ready assembled

Turned up with the wrong instructions and 2 of the captive nuts were out of line, I had to use my own bolts, 3rd world quality for quite a high price
