Standard-Mouth Replacement Flip Lid compatible with Hydroflask, Simple Modern Ascent, Classic Klean Kanteen. (Black)

This is what should be given with the hydroflask as the standard cap. It is so much better then the standard cap. So far the cap has been leak proof. It is much more convenient and now a one hand job of getting a drink of water. The smaller opening is also easier to control water and not have it spill all over your face. Press the button then the cap files open, unfortunately it pops open so quickly that some times it sprays water. I have found that if you put your index finger on the top and press the button with your thumb you can control the speed of the opening so that it does not splash all over the place. I have also found that if you fold the handle down then it slowly pops open and no splashes.The handle is a bit small and does not feel too sturdy, I wish they made it a little bigger and more robust. It also did not come with any replacement seals which would have been a great addition.

I love my Hydroflask standard mouth 24oz bottle but HATE the top it comes with. Hate, I mean that in order to drink you have to unscrew the top a million times...and if you use it while driving that's just a no go. A couple months ago I stumbled on what looks to be the EXACT same item as this KuLM Outdoors Standard-Mouth spout lid made by Bottlebottle. Simply, these work GREAT...Easy to clean, no unscrewing the cap...even has a rubbery o-ring where the top will auto open away from your face sort of springs open...The o-ring is both great, BUT as it's really just a glorified thicker rubber band, I have to think IT will snap at some point. Even if that happens you can still use this lid just open the lid with a finger..if that may happen. Compared to the Bottlebottle lid to my eyes I can't tell a millimeter of difference only that the KuLM Outdoors Standard-Mouth has a grey button, the bottlebottle has a black button. As this spout is a $1 less than the bottlebottle one and is IDENTICAL why pay more.? Matter of fact seems the Bottlebottle lids I have had a bit of rubber smell that was hard to get rid of but finally went away. This lid so far I don't detect that smell at all. I wish THEY supplied an extra 0-ring, but for $9 or so, this is a MUST have if you have a Hydroflask standard mouth...it will change the whole experience to positive! If you keep your bottle upright...to me this lid will keep your liquid just about as cold or hot as the Hydrflask insulated lid. IF you keep the bottle upside down...these lids are not insulated so that's the only negative here though still would keep the heat or cold in a very long while . All in all you will most likely LOVE this lid!

It didn’t look like it was going to fit at first, as it looked too small. The lid drops right in and doesn’t feel snug but once I gave it a turn, it tightened right up. It does not leak at all and is a fantastic upgrade that provides a seedless look and feel. Highly recommend

Had high hopes for this. Would be so much easier than having to unscrew a lid every time you want a quick drink. But this lid will not stay closed. The top pops open without pushing the button. Maybe it was just this one, but it definitely didn’t work. Can’t have a water bottle leaking into a school backpack.

This is a similar design to what I picked up elsewhere and it works well. It does not leak, which is the most important thing. However, the top does seem to require a little bit of extra effort to close. If you don’t press it down all the way it will not click or it will randomly pop up on its own. You just have to be aware of that because it may not close as easier as other tops. Not a big deal for the price.

My HydroFlask is with me 24/7 so I’m constantly flipping this lid open and closed. I purchased one of these not long after I purchased my HydroFlask because I was so frustrated with the lid that originally came it. This lid lasted through 15 months of steady use until I clumsily knocked it over just right. I ordered this one immediately. I highly recommend it for any standard mouth HydroFlask. It doesn’t leak. The convenient flip top insures what touches your mouth stays clean and allows for perfect flow while drinking. Hands down the best lid which likely is the best feature of my HydroFlask.

The media could not be loaded. Overall this lid works. It keeps the insulation so my drink stays cool, even in the hot sun or the heat of the car. However, it also pops open way to easy. The button can be engaged by the slightest pressure. If it drops on the ground, falls over on the table, that can cause the lid to pop open (which is honestly the worst time for it to pop open!). I've even had it pop open when I'm carrying it by the handle, I think the handle put pressure on the lid that put pressure on the button. It would be improved by a lock option like I've seen on other bottles, just to ensure it stays closed when it is important.

This fits my Kleen Kanteen perfectly and is so much easier to drink safely/quickly, especially while driving.
