SuperTooth Buddy Handsfree Bluetooth Visor Car Kit - White

Great piece of kit or so I thought worked for almost 4 months then nothing, tried pairing it again on my phone and it says cannot connect to ST Buddy, e-mailed the company they replied with same instructions as in the book still not working e-mailed them again and still waiting for a reply. Update ! somehow lost connection between Buddy and phone, Googled trouble shooter someone said take out battery on the phone for 20 seconds, problem is you can't access the battery on a Samsung J3, so I turned the phone off for 20 seconds and bingo it paired straight away, now working fine again. Happy Days, now 4 stars would be 5 except for the seller poor after sales service and not knowing why the connection failed.

** This review is not sponsored, nor did I receive the product free or at a discount **My wife's car doesn't have builtin Bluetooth, so I thought I'd give this a go, even though in the past I've tried others and have always been disappointed. It fits on the visor and is relatively unobtrusive, and the speaker quality is better than expected, although sometimes it can be a little difficult if there is a lot of traffic/road noise. The Bluetooth connection is very quick and strong and the battery seems to last a long time and is easy to disconnect for charging. A huge bonus is that it connects to both my wife's and my phones at the same time. However, I do wish that there was some way of telling when the battery is nearly run down.

I didn't expect this to work as well as it did for the price. I have purchased similar before and the buttons were confusing but this one was so easy to use right off the bat. it has an excellent range - even picking up when I'm indoors! The battery life is good and it paired with both my phones easily. However it does think i am using voice commands when I sing to my music - lolUPDATE - can no longer use thanks to iphone update. I have followed all the tips and tricks on google to re connect but with no joy.

I've tried a few of these in the past and this is by far the best one. The battery lasts for ages and there are no connection issues at all. However, if your car is parked really close to your house and you leave your phone's Bluetooth switched on, you might find connecting to anything else is a pain as it is set to auto connect to your phone. Great for when you get in the car though.
