At first the color cartridge did not work but they sent me a new one with out any hassles. Will order from them again. It works great. Thank you for your service. Very pleased.

I recently ordered a inkjet cartridges. When the my order arrived, I immediately installed and attempted to use the cartridges. The Black worked fine, but the color cartridge didn't want to operate as if it was empty. So I used my printer's cleaning feature-multiple times prior to calling Amazon to complain. I explained the issue, Amazon and I came to settlement arrangement, whereby they refunded part of my cash back-at my suggestion. They then contacted the supplier, who contacted me and they offered to send me out two new cartridges. I was stunned at such great service from everyone-Amazon and the supplier of the Dell OEM cartridges....Man what great service! If the entire "IT Business" operated this way, maybe the Industry could enjoy a better customer service reputation.

They WORK. If you ever downloaded a Dell upgrade, you probably noticed thatyour printer will not recognize the generic copies of these inks. Don't mess aroundwith returns, get these originals and be happy you saved yourself a pain in the butt.This is more true if you have an old workhorse printer like my old V715w. I use a Delllaser for simple black and whites.

Price was approx. the same as S------. but they did not have in store, and you had to order them. I used my bonus points and received the ink cartages at a very low cost.

Black ink worked fine from get go. Color ink showed error, did all the corrective measures and could not be corrected. Likely a faulty cartridge. But can't return one without the other. Put the cheapo color ink in and is working fine.

Clicked the align cartridges thing, the cartridges aligned while the alignment page printed out, then I printed the piece I wanted to print and it came out in beautiful color. Printed a couple more pages of other things (all of this on glossy paper except the alignment page) and they came out in perfect, pristine color.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered a color and black ink cartridge from CSC sells. They were not needed immediately so I did not open them to check whether they worked. I still have not opened the black ink. The color cartridge was opened and did not work. You can see on the video that my printer does not register that it is even in the printer. The old cartridge has no problem. Bought another from Cartridge World and it has no problem. CSC Sells tells me because I did not get in contact with them within the 30 days, I need to just live with the $40 loss. Do not order from these people. They should honor crappy product no matter the length of time. And I am telling everyone, if you order cartridges open them immediately to make sure they will work in your computer. Just be careful that they don't dry out.

I bought the ink in January 2021 for 149 dollars and I hardly used it for a copy or two and was shocked when it said completely out and won’t print anything
