The cheap black string it came on was pretty disappointing. For what you pay for it, it should be thicker. Very light weight string and the shark pendent isn't heavy enough to straighten the string around your neck. It is kind of like a thin wrinkled shoe lace. Should be sold at the 99 Cent Store.

Got it for our six year old and he loves it. The necklace and clasp are good material and the tooth is perfect! Our son keeps talking about how sharp it is and the wire holding it in has withstood his constant playing with it and swinging it around.Would definitely recommend.

Everything about it was perfect. Boyfriend was beyond thrilled. He only wore it for maybe not even a week and the necklace broke. Clasp cord broke came out of the metal part. For this price I sure expected it to be a better quality necklace. The tooth was perfect. Necklace was crap.

I have this to a relative for Christmas, when asked for a review he said, "It's not the best shark tooth necklace I've ever owned, but it's definitely in the top dozen or so."
