For those that are looking to see if this really is the right drybrush for model painting, it is! Dry brushing is very hard on brushes and this one has held up like a champ! Not only is the price good, but it works great for dry brushing larger surfaces. Can't speak of how it would work for makeup but model painters will love this.

I was very surprised to find that such an affordable brush could perform so well. Since then I have bought many more from e.l.f. Highly recommend this one and all others from this brand.

This is such a nice brush for contouring in small areas. I love it for the sides of my nose! I bought two and they are so fun. Very soft, yet dense and they blend really well. And you cant beat the price point!

Apparently it's a very bad brush for it's intended purpose, but it's great as a drybrush for painting!

I recommend this brush to anyone seeking a good quality make-up applicator that is inexpensive. I have brushes from Aveda and these ELF brushes are comparable (not better, but Aveda costs 10x the ELF price).

I gave the two stars because I received shipment of my item as promised. However, my brush arrived broken. As soon as I used it broke. I know it's only $3 but ELF please make sure your brushes are manufactured correctly before selling them to consumers.

Elf make the best brushes. Why pay more?

We bought this brush to use to help paint models. Though it is not the intended use, it is perfect for dry brushing models with a large surface area.
