Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I purchased this drone as a gift for my 9 year old nephew. It was simply to set up and connect his Samsung S6 mobile phone with the drone. The following app Snaptain Air should be downloaded from google play, the app is easy to understand and use with many useful features. The remote control is very responsive with good design and works perfectly. We tested the drone in strong windy weather. The drone did quite well (excellent performance). I was surprised how easy it was for my nephew to control it. He takes very good videos and photos. I received the drone on time. I am happy with the purchase and I really recommend it regardless of age and level of experience.

This drone is awesome. Extremely user friendly and my kids Love it. Bought this for Christmas for my two boys 8 & 10 and they love it. This drone is well built and is much better quality than I had anticipated for the price. The functions are a little tricky to start with but once you practice it all works so well. Love that you can monitor the drone from your smart phone and see what the drone sees through the camera. The camera is good quality and is great to use for seeing obstacles. Battery life is great with a spare included which means we can swap it out when it runs out. Made protectors ensure nobody get hurt while flying. Love the stability of this thing it’s great but be aware it can fly quite fast. Overall a great product. Snaptain have done an incredible job with this affordable drone.. would definitely recommend to anyone.

My drone arrived well packed and took less than 10 minutes to get it ready for flight. This device has one button take-off and land, such a clever idea, it allows you to experiment by flying a circular path and doing a few loops, and it can be used in headless mode at the touch of a button. The remote is a very nice size, comfortable in the hand, and is easy to understand. It can be flown by an app that pairs your drone and phone with the phone held in an inbuilt grip. This allows you to preprogramme routes or paths for the drone to follow, even voice control to have a fly around with.This sturdily built machine makes you look good even as you learn about it.One minus point is it doesnt like strong wind, but neither does anything else in this price range.Im having so much fun learning all the things this wee beastie can do, it should be given as an anti-depressant.

BUT BY WATCHING ‘THIS MORNING’ MYSELF, I SAW THE PIECE ABOUT AMAZON, WHICH SOME PEOPLE ACCEPT PAYMENT TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT ITEMS WHICH ARE LABELLED AMAZON’S CHOICE. WHY MY NAME WAS USED I HAVE NO IDEA, I’VE ONLY JUST FOUND IT BUT WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT WE LOST ABOUT £80 BUYING A PRODUCT THAT LASTED 3 TIMES AND BROKE BY HITTING THE LONG GRASS. A WASTE OF MONEY. HOW AMAZON DARED TO DO THAT TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS IS DISGUSTING. ALSO I’VE INADVERTENTLY ENDORSED THE PRODUCT SO OTHER PEOPLE MAY WELL HAVE BOUGHT IT BY THIS FALSE APPROVAL AND WASTED THEIR MONEY ...OH AND THEY USED MY NAME ON ANOTHER PRODUCT TOO. I really like this item, I had a lot of fun with my son on Christmas Day flying about the garden. I would suggest to use in an open space and on first attempt ended up going over in to a neighbours garden. Before you fly off anywhere get the trim correct otherwise you will end up losing control quickly, this took a little work and seems to need to be done regularly but once correct you will have way better control. I swithered whether to drop a star off as I had some trouble to get a video signal to my phone, but realised that my phone is a little too old as worked fine on both an iPhone 8 and a android (not sure of the version) I hope that it will work with the new amazon fire tab I have ordered ( if not something to think about??) I am looking forward to getting out into bit more open space and tputting it through its paces!

When I received this drone and connected the battery unfortunately only 3 propellers worked! I decided that it might be an issue with the battery not being fully charged so after doing so tried again and everything worked. The drone was a lot more controllable than another drone that I had and it was able to fly it outside in my garden even though it wasn’t calm and there was a little wind. I decided to take it to the local park unfortunately I had a repeat of the problem with only 3 propellers working. I tried various other things to rectify this but without success. I am returning this drone but I hope to receive a replacement as I think I had one with a issue. I have read the other reviews and have not seen reviews with any problems
