You get what you pay for. Works well enough to play music, youtube videos, and simple homework. Minor cosmetic wear and runs a little slow but I can deal with it. I was looking for something I can just turn off rather than use my desktop.

This Chromebook is, overall, pretty good. The ports are in good shape, the keyboard works fairly well, and it looks decent. However, there's a wrap on the device that makes it appear better than it is. The wrap on the Chromebook was bubbled up along the edges when it arrived, isn't lined up properly, blocks some of the screw holes, and obscures the serial & model numbers on the bottom. The wrap does detach along the edges and at the places where it was bubbled up, but I can reaffix it temporarily. At some point, I will remove it and see what the device truly looks like. The trackpad doesn't work most of the time. If I restart the Chromebook (or sometimes log off) it will work when it restarts for a few minutes, and then stop working again. I've tried several 'fixes' online. I'm hesitant to remove the back case since the wrap obscures the screw holes and I don't want toPros:Battery life is goodDevice boots and operates wellWhile the screen is not intended for watching videos in high definition, it's better than a phone and very portable, and not as hard on the battery as I expectedCons:Trackpad is only operable about 20-30% of the time so a mouse needs to be usedThe top left keys often stick, and need to be pressed much harder than normal to workPeeling & unaligned wrap (& that there is a wrap)Note:The wrap is neither a pro or a con yet. They sent the wrong charger and the computer won't even turn on. Now I have to return it and try to buy another one after waiting so long for my replacement. So disappointed

I switched over from Windows to Chrome a few years ago but needed a newer model than the one I had. This one works perfectly. It gives updates and has so many wonderful features. It looks brand new and I'm so glad I got it

While this device is usable I definitely would not call significant cracks and gouge in the outer case "excellent" condition. It will work for the time being, thankfully it cost efficient.

I’ll have had this computer for a year in April and it has never given me any problems! I bought it in “excellent” condition and it was in excellent condition. No scratches except for one little blemish on the corner, which is no big deal. It has never given me any technical problems or anything. It has always worked great. It was a great price and overall a great buy!
