No Vitamin taste
My acupuncturist muscle tested me for multivitamins and I did not react to this one. It does not hurt my stomach, where others do. No “vitamin taste”. I wish it were cheaper though. I take a reduced dose, as indicated by the muscle testing, so it makes it a little more affordable.

My multi of choice for paleo
Well formulated. For anyone following a paleo, or similarly structured eating plan, these make life easy.If you want to add more electrolytes, possibly iodine, go for it. These cover a broad range of vitamins and minerals, in conservative, yet therapeutic amounts. Nothing extreme anywhere. Which, is what you want in a multi.
