These barriers work great, even without an adapter. The seal is secure, yet has painless removal.

Poor quality of colostomy supplies.
The last boxes of colostomy barriers 2 1/4 and 2 3/4 have not stayed adhered to the skin. The area around the colostomy is always dry, clean and adhesive skin prep is applied before I place the barriers. Then I apply the colostomy bags. The barriers just do not remain āstuckā or adhered to the skin. Then there are accidents of the leakage of stool where the barriers become loose from the skin. This is becoming very expensive AND very embarrassing! Could you suggest another type or brand? Thank you you.
