Great Little Kettle While it Lasted
I had it since Feb 17th of this year. Cracked this morning while boiling water for tea. Never used it as an infuser nor did I ever use the lid. I used it mainly to boil water but got a little brave and warmed up my rice milk in it yesterday for the first time. Disappointed but not surprised, it's such a dainty and appealing kettle. Hoped to have it for at least 6 months :( Unfortunately, I will look for something that will last longer.

Handle is not insulated
Beautiful pot, water boils quickly, lid stays secure, it can accommodate both loose teas and teabags, and the coasters are great add-ons.Be aware that the handle is not insulated, so you cannot hold it with your bare hands right off the stove. It eventually cools down enough to hold (even with the water remaining hot). Also, it does not whistle.

Exactly what I needed for making my thai tea
My old school teapot that has served me well for years had to be retired, so I needed a new teapot, one that was heat resistant, and preferrably could hold all the pesky granules when I make my thai tea. This was absolutely perfect for the job. First off, it holds enough for maybe 2-3 cups of tea, and can be used for regular beverages without using the included steeper since the steeper is just an insertable attachment to the lid. The steeper is great, very small holes that still leak the microgranules of thai tea, but for the most part holds the bulk of the leaves and whatnot. The glass is also totally heat resistant, as you can see in the picture I have my tea boiling and no cracks or anything with use. Also very easy to clean, since the opening is big enough to fit my hands (and I'd say I have pretty big hands). All the pieces come off easily, the lid and the strainers are made with stainless steel, and no pesky rubber pieces that end up stinking like some teapot covers do. Overall, wonderful teapot that I'm gonna be using a lot!EDIT: within a few uses, it has started to rust/stain, which I'm guessing I got a subpar product, sent it back for a return. Was hoping it would last longer without any issues, seemed like a good product. Also realized that the wooden base was kinda cracked, wasn't paying too much attention to it initially.EDIT2: Their customer support graciously reached out to me to ask how to rectify my issues with the product, and sent me a replacement teapot. Wooden base was perfect, and so far no stains. Their CS assured me that although tea stains can form, they can be easily washed off. So far so good, I'm very impressed with the product, my previous positive points still stand, but now I also have another thing to appreciate: their superb customer service. Thanks again!

Cracked on Day 30, right when the warranty was up
Cracked while on the stove. Be careful. I bought this 30 days ago. Thankfully it wasn’t full boil yet, but it’s funny how I can’t return it now. Why is there only a 30 day warranty? It’s treated glass, or maybe it isn’t. I also bought this as a gift for someone this week, but now I’m going to see if that can be returned or thrown out. Very dissatisfied and now embarrassed.

Glass gets hot so use oven mitt when taking off the stove!
I make herbal tea everyday for my health issues and I was looking for a beautiful and efficient tea pot. I found it in this! I love the look and it’s easy to clean. Boiling the water on my electric stove was so easy and fast. Super convenient! I just put my herbs in the strainer and boiled it with the water on the stove and a couple minutes later’ it was boiled! I let my tea steep for at least 10 minutes before I drink so I just kept it on the cute wood it came to place it on until it was steeped enough to drink for me. It’s a beautiful teapot! Very pleased with this purchase!

Recommend!
Would definitely recommended to tea lovers! I’ve had it for a couple of months and I use it almost every day. It’s super easy to clean and the wooden trays that it comes with are great! Caveat, I’ve never used it on the stove. I’ve only used it for pouring hot water from the kettle into and over loose leaf tea. I have tried to make coffee with it, but not sure I did it right. Maybe didn’t leave the coffee grinds to steep long enough, but it didn’t taste great. For tea, however, 10/10!

Very pretty and glad they included the coasters
I like the teapot, it's a good size. I can either use bags or loose tea in the infuser. The bamboo coasters for the pot and infuser are very nice to keep the counters clean. You can remove the infuser completely and the top still fits, which is nice also.

Small
I should have read the dimensions this is very small. It reminded me of a science classroom beaker. The glass is a thinner than expected, but it does the job so I kept it. If you are making tea for more than three people look for a larger tea kettle.
