Dexas Slimcase Storage Clipboard, Purple

100% not a paid review. I have a job that requires me to run around the entire office building and I'm being handed paperwork left and right ontop of needing to take notes constantly. I can have a legal pad clipped to the front and keep my documents inside, along with my iPhone, my company key reader + a pen or two. This thing has made my life SO much easier! I'll reorder again once I inevitably drop it and break it.

I was nervous to order this clipboard because of other reviews I had seen, but I am so glad I did! This case is very well made and a lot slimmer than I expected. This clipboard is NOT bulky! That's what I love about it! The pink color, IMO, isn't neon transparent pink. It's more of a darker hot pink. Also, when the clipboard is closed you can NOT see through it. I work in the nursing field and that is very important. I would recommend this product to a friend! :) Go ahead and order this clipboard! You will not be disappointed!

I looked at 50 of these before I bought this model. I am an OTR Professional driver and this item is well designed and manufactured. It should provide years of service. I would highly recommend this item to my fellow drivers.

Great storage Clipboard! I am a college student and use this clip board as a writing surface as well as to store documents and school work. I own three of these and they're amazing. It great for organization, holds well over 50 pages and have room for pens and pencils. The locking mechanism is very sturdy and I haven't had any problems with it. The clipboard felt cheap at first, but after some time using it, it exceeded my expectations. Overall very happy with this product. Although, the "Officemate Slim Clipboard Storage Box" has an individual compartment for pens and pencils, this clipboard is sturdier and better looking. The individual compartment just complicates things and make the overall clipboard bigger. The Texas Clipboard also fits nicely into standard sized backpacks and keep clutter to a minimum.

I use this clipboard indoors and outdoors for writing notes on canine behaviors. The metal clip holds paper firmly in place for writing. I keep a bunch of extra paper, 3 pens, 2 pencils, and a highlighter inside with no problem. Keeping the inside filled with paper makes for a real firm writing surface. The plastic clip on the bottom holds the clipboard together very well. I've had it knocked out of my hands a few times by rowdy dogs and the clipboard never popped open when it hit the ground - it held up great. Great product for the money.

Was skeptical to buy this at first after reading the other review of it being delivered broken, but decided to go ahead with it. I love it. I work in the nursing field and need to keep patients charts and notes with me and they fit perfectly in here. It also holds my notepad. Does its job!

It's a bit on the chunky side, but it works fine.I used this in school to carry grade sheets about. The corners do get a little curled (of the paper) because there's no protection on the front, but I just have to remember to put them on the inside.The case itself is lightweight for what it is...though it is heavier than a normal clipboard. Perfect for carrying the safety cards and other manner of school stuff.I like the color. It's a nice, dark blue (at least the one I chose).The clip that holds the two halves together snaps up almost too easily, but it's easy enough to fix.

Love this!!! I am a teacher and I have some documents that I need to take everywhere with me (and my cell phone). This works perfectly for storing my cell phone, papers and keep track of other files on top using the actual clipboard part! I seriously take this thing everywhere with me at work and could not survive as a teacher without it! Highly recommend!!

Ideal to keep the paperwork you need at hand. Little expensive. But doe's the job. Definitely buy again when the time calls for it.

Super good quality, lots of storage! Perfect for what I need it for during work. I can store paperwork, pens and extra stuff in the compartment which is super handy. The clip is sturdy and holds paper well. The Decals Slimcase has a metal hinge (but the whole clipboard itself is plastic), and it has a heavy duty yellow clip at the bottom to secure the clipboard closed. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, good buy but not great. While its quality is decent, I have a weird gut feeling that a couple drops or bumps on something and it will start to show signs of wear. In short, I would buy it again but i wish there was something better - the hinge is plastic with one metal rod in it (would be better if it was metal).
