Bad batteries
The batteries went bad after 3 charges they won't charge all the way and the rivet stims get jammed. It is still better then doing it by hand.

Bad Purchase
Worked fine for about two dozen rivets, then jammed. We found no way to contact the manufacturer nor anyway to unjam. Money wasted.

Piece of Trash
Worked great for a month or so. Rivets get jammed, gun does not work. No instructions on trouble shooting. No customer support. This just makes the job more frustrating when hand held rivet tool could do just fine. Huge waste of money.
