Ok extra length but clasp is useless. Not recommended.
Maybe I should have believed the “best for stretching” part—because it is terrible for anything else. Yes, if you need more length to grasp your toes in a forward fold it is fine, but for anything that requires actually using the d-rings it is useless. The strap is thin and slippery and any pressure pulls it apart easily. So if you are, say, planning to use it to help hold your upper arms in place during shoulderstand or (as I was today) as resistance around my thighs in bridge pose to help reset my SÍ joint, it is totally useless. I’m thinking about returning it but it was so cheap that it doesn’t feel worth the effort. I guess you get what you pay for, though I am shocked by all the 5-star reviews.

A staple for my yoga routine

Seams to be be extremely sturdy and I expect to last a long time
The strap is exactly as described and just what I needed to complete physical therapy stretches at home. Seems to be be extremely sturdy and I expect to last a long time. I am 6'1 with very long arms and legs....length is more then enough.

if you are even going to attempt yoga and you are a male over 25 years old, save yourself the embarrassment and buy this product. WOW - we are not flexible and this little strap helps you from over exerting yourself to maintain those long hold

A great yoga band!
I don't have a ton of experience with yoga bands but I am very happy with this one! It seems to get the job done and is more than enough for what I need in my beginner classes! The color is the perfect shade and the material is soft on your skin but it is clearly very strong! This was the perfect yoga investment!

Arrived quickly. Note that the instructional video will not come in the mail. It is an online link provided in your email. I am just starting to learn about Yoga, stretching and how in can affect your health. But I would recommend this product.

Good quality, and a lovely shade of green
This yoga strap feels strong and well made, and I love the green color. The color is true to the product images. It isn't scratchy at all, and is easy to grip on to during poses. Previously I’d been using a robe belt as a makeshift yoga strap, which worked alright but the belt was stretchy and wasn’t suitable for all poses.
