It is exactly as promised on the label. It is raw, unfiltered, unprocessed, completely pure organic honey in the form nature intended. So fresh and smooth, it has a wonderfully delicious flavor that puts the typical processed honeys lining the store shelves to absolute shame. First off, you will notice that THIS honey is NOT a clear amber color like processed honeys are, and that is because all this ones nutrients, minerals, and all the bee propolis, traces of pollen, and bee jelly are all still intact (which is a GOOD thing) because they have not been filtered out. It is not runny, because it has not been heated (or the live enzymes would have been killed, like in processed honeys)so it is not going to be drippy. Yet, it is not too hard either. It is easily scoopable, smooth, and sooo very creamy. Easily spreadable for toast. If you DO want it runny for whatever reasons, the best way (and easiest) is to simply scoop out what you want into a small bowl and place the bowl into hot water that was heated on the stove (so its hot enough). The honey will quickly melt down into a soft liquid pool without losing the nutrients, enzymes and so forth. The health benefits this type of honey has to offer you is the very reason why Raw Honey like this are actually so affordable in the long run. Because this one has all the things nature created in it still intact, it is like a Health boosting Powerhouse! Very antiviral/antibacterial, honeys like this will boost your immune system and help fight off any viruses or bacteria that is making you sick, which is the very reason I started buying Raw honeys in the first place. But this one is by far the best I have ever tasted. The size of the container is great too for the price. I went to a local grocery store and found Raw honey simular to this in only a 4 ounce jar for $7 whole dollars! Now THAT is spendy. But this one, being a 22 ounce container is only a few bucks more. It definately pays to shop online! The only thing I wish was different was that it came in a Glass jar and not a plastic one, as there is evidence that the chemicals in plastics can be absorbed into the food its carrying. Otherwise, simply amazing honey. I really can't get enough.

A most excellent raw honey! I love its spreadability. Its natural sweetness. If they had even larger jars, I'd purchase lol. I use it of course it my herbal teas, sometimes coffee too. A delight in many smoothies. Works deliciously with so many recipes. I've added it to my oatmeal bread recipe (both hand made AND my bread machine!). Banana bread baked with this honey adds a great sweetness and moisture. So many baked goods really. Check your recipes and adapt them. Spread this honey (and perhaps your favorite butter. Mine is unsalted), on warm, crunchy English Muffins or whatever may strike your hunger fancy!😊 I highly recommend.Also, and while, this delicious honey is DEFINITELY a winner for eating, you could use some in your DIY beauty mask or scrub. I like to add about 1 TBS of this honey to 2 tsps of brown sugar and just a teeny tiny smidgen of cream (or half/half), mix and apply to cleansed face and exfoliate for up to five minutes using light to medium pressure. Leave on for about one or two additional minutes, then rinse with warm then cool water then use your usual serums or moisturizer. Your face will feel very polished, clean and refreshed. I'm 60 and have been using this routine fo decades. Now I have this particular honey and it's wonderful.

I have never been a huge Honey lover but after hearing about the benefits of honey paired with Apple Cider Vinegar and Cayenne pepper for sore throat issues I decided to shell out on some various brands. This is BY FAR the best honey I have had. In fact, it's SO good that I actually find myself randomly scooping out spoonfuls of it during the day as a little treat to fulfill my sweet-tooth. It's delicious! SUPER sweet and rich! I adore this Honey. I am so happy that my local Vitamin Shoppe carries this too. Very, very helpful and low priced for 22 ounces of honey. I was buying grocery store brands at 5.99 a pop for half the amount of honey and NOT raw or pure like this is! This is AMAZING stuff. Not runny or drippy...more creamy and thick. Reminds me of Maple Butter/Cream, which is common here in Ohio.This honey has been extremely helpful in keeping my chronic tonsilitis under control. I get really, really painful, white coated tonsils almost monthly (I was supposed to have them out ages ago and always put it off!) and this hot and tangy recipe that I stumbled across has been AMAZING in curing my painful sore throats. Have to warn you that it's HOT (there is pepper involved) and you would have to be OK with that fact before trying it out...Two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (With the mother), a glass of water (as much or less as you want), two shakes of cayenne pepper (yep, the stuff you would get at your local grocery store for a buck!) and a tablespoon of YS Royal Jelly Raw Honey. Mix all the ingredients together and gargle/swallow the mixture. You HAVE to gargle for as long as you can but swallow it too. Also, it is best to coat your lips in vaseline or a thick chapstick to ease the heat of the pepper granules.This blend is awesome for a sore throat!!! The honey is a natural antiseptic and has soooooo many incredible benefits as far as aiding the bodies natural immunities. I will swear by this mix forever more! I actually mix it up every few days and down it to keep myself feeling healthy. :)LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Honey!!!! I can't believe I am raving about honey...but, it's just that good! :)
