checked the stats, which correlated with my laptop, and this battery worked. First time ordering I bought a non-dell battery and this battery did not work. For some reason the dell battery worked, even though they looked exactly the same.

The battery does not work on my Dell PC of inspiron 5559.
It does not work on my Dell PC of inspiron 5559. My PC cannot detect the battery. I have tried everything I can do but in vain. I suspect that the battery is a used bad one. I would like to know what you can do about it.

The best quality
After much research, I realized many batteries can look authentic and are listed as NEW, but I found that the cells used are more important. Friends have purchased others reasonably priced that needed recharged after two hours and lasted only a year. I am extremely happy that this LQM battery is giving me 5+ hours every day and I have no doubt it will outperform others I considered. Quality matters and I also have an excellent warranty with this company. I only leave a review if the product surpasses my expectations and this has. Received a dead, non-rechargeable battery. Twice.
We bought a new laptop battery a year ago. This one was intended to replace that one which failed after a year. Installed it in the laptop, and got a flashing amber light. It would not charge at all. We left it overnight, same thing, it would not charge. We returned it for a replacement, the same thing happened: the replacement would not charge. So we got a refund, bought the same kind of battery on E*** and it worked just fine. In my opinion the problem is these have been in a warehouse for a while and were totally discharged in storage, which is really bad for a lithium battery. If they go completely dead, they won't charge.

Doesn't Last
I first bought this battery in February 2021. In just a little over a year, the battery would only hold a charge for about 40 minutes. The price was ok so I purchased another in May 2022.So disappointed. I've been using it for three days and already the charge lasts less than two hours.Buyer beware. You do get what you pay for.
