If you have wax in your ear and you can't hear well, and the wax is difficult to remove. Use this. It is quite easy to use, but for greater comfort, you should not use it yourself. A second person is needed for effective use. I wanted to clean my ear myself, but I couldn't handle it. If you don't have a wife, ask a friend for help ⛑👂 . The reward after use is better hearing and the effect is really instant. It even removes hard wax. I can recommend👍.

Product seems ok but absolutely useless instructions not adequately explaining what parts of the kit are even for. See the photo on review of the hard nozzle....Well you have to guess where to stick it and when as they don't even mention it. The rest of the kit is fairly decent build quality, and should work ok but it's def a two person thing you will really struggle to use this on your own. After use I have come to the conclusion this is absolute rubbish, didn't work for me at all and just covered me in water, the flexible nozzle tip just hurt my ear. Maybe I'm using it wrong but this to me is a product that just doesn't work at all. Now I have ringing in my ears as well as wax, great! Maybe other kits are better but this one isn't any good in my opinion.

The kit arrived promptly and safely. It all worked well, but could do with a little more velocity to really shift the wax. The secret is to oil the problem ear for a full week. The kit includes several cleaning tips or nozzles and the booklet says they're for single use only. But there's nothing wrong with the tip after use and as you can't get spares it would be foolish to discard them. The booklet also says there's a one year warranty "If you have questions contact us." But it fails to give any address. A worth buying device now that health centres have stopped irrigating ears during lockdown.

Make sure you soften wax for week or so with olive oil before trying. Good product.

I purchased this because i could not see a nurse at my surgery because of the lock down! ! Very frustrating. However this has worked a treat, and I now have wax free ears. But It would be much easier if you had someone to help you use it.

I was dubious about the effectiveness of this having previously had my ears syringed at the doctors but it worked very well on my first go. I’d been suffering a blocked ear and reduced hearing for a couple of weeks but could not get an appointment to have this done for 6 + weeks and would have had to pay over £50 for this too now the NHS have stopped doing this for the majority. Out of desperation I thought I’d give this kit a try and am so pleased I did. Instant relief and improved hearing. I had been oiling my ears for a week or two so I’m sure this helped. It’s a bit messy but I did mine myself using a large bowl & towel.

This is a really competatively priced gadget that does the job perfectly. I purchased thix for persona, usd and as a health professional with experience of expensive similar equipment, I can say honestly that his one is equally as good.
