They are sturdy bookends. Nicer than I expected. Not cheap or thin. Nice size for tall books too. They are invisible once you take off the protective paper. Love the rounded corners & the soft foot pads a wonderful. I have put a black and white king chess piece on each with checkered paper on the back, looks very nice. Would recommend.

I have been looking for something to secure my coffee pot and toaster when we travel in our RV. A little alien tape on the bottom and side of these book ends work great and because they are clear. You don’t notice they are there. Perfect size and the material is beautiful.

Unfortunately, two were broken upon delivery. I decided to not bother returning and just use the ones that are available. As long as they are not bent on the crease they are relatively sturdy. Nice and clear which allows for the books to be the star of the show.

I chose clear bookends because I wanted something to hold my books up while displaying the gorgeous cover art. This was such a good find for me! They were very sturdy and came with stoppers that were easy to peel and stick to the bottom to prevent slipping. Overall I recommend these! I warn that if your books are heavy, this is still made of plastic, so they might not be durable if they were to fall over somehow.

When these came out of the box, my wife and I were both thinking "Huh... looks a little duller than the picture." But once we realized there was a protective film on both sides of the acrylic, and we removed it, these bookends turned out to be pretty great. We wanted bookends that didn't take up visual space, but were a little classier than your basic pressed metal type. These do exactly what we needed them to do.

Had the hardest time trying to find bookends ANYWHERE so I broke down and ordered these. They are exactly as advertised. I'm actually surprised they came with protective film on them to keep them from getting scratched in transport. I have some more decorative looking books that I didn't want to obscure on a shelf with ugly bookends. These look great and I can still see my decorative book covers. Would buy again.

I was a little worried after reading a few reviews that mentioned them breaking easily or bending at an angle so I made sure only to use them father from the edge of my open side bookshelf when displaying comics or novels, I have them closer to the edge to allow additional support from the metal frames of my bookshelf and between books that are standing and laying down flat to avoid having it independently supporting the weight of my heavier books and that seems to be working well. It's only been a day though, but there is so far, no bends or breaks and they look unobtrusive and clean.Came in perfect condition

Liked this procudt a lot. It holds the book pretty firmly and the transparnt design is very cool, and blends nicely in the library.

These bookends are just what I needed for a perfect display on top of my new tallboy in my bedroom. They are sturdy and tall (18cm) which makes them equally suitable for a few hardbacks. They are a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for - they arrived in pristine condition in a little box with protective film on the bookends. It peels off leaving no residue and there were no scratches on the acrylic. They look smart yet unobtrusive. As it was only a couple of ££ more to buy a second pair at the time, this is what I did. Highly recommended.
