It was straight seamed with a protected zipper, clean and fitted. I would have appreciated information as to how to slip a queen-size mattress into an envelope, singlehanded. But I feel secure in knowing my resort rental summer home will have beds that remain clean, dry and dust free.Our rental agent at Goshorn.Lake Resort recommended we do an on-line purchase of a product like yours.

My brother assisted me on 8/19/15. Box spring cover took 5 minutes to put on and zipped fine. Mattress Cover took ten minutes to align and put on. Zipper went and then separated what had been zippered. It reminded me of my old winter coat. We tried to fix the zipper with no luck. Without a seal, I covered my new mattress cover with my old mattress cover that I had not tossed out yet. I would return if bought locally.

Order was quickly received and products just as I expected.

Zipper ripped as soon as we tried to zip it.

Compré 2 y uno llegó sucio; uno tiene la protección al final del Zipper y el otro no. Mis colchones no son "altos" así que le sobra funda, es cuestión de meterla por debajo como si fuera sábana. Se ven de buen material, suave. Falta ver si no son calurosos.

Las cubiertas llegaron en el tiempo prometido y son de excelente calidad,no producen sudor y el precio tambien nos parecio muy bueno.

Overall very happy with this mattress protector. Its slightly too big for my 11inch thick Full sized mattress so it will fit on a larger or thicker mattresses. I noticesd a little bit of noise the first night i had the mattress protector on the bed but since then it hasn't bothered me.I cannot attest to the waterproof qualities as i have not spilt liquid on it.
