I got this easel for my birthday in 2022. It is great and very sturdy and I love it. Recently the knobs that adjusts the shelves that my canvases sit on have gone bad. I contacted Meeden's Customer Service and I have been more than pleased with their responsiveness. They responded right away and are sending replacement parts. This is a company that believes in excellent customer service and stands behind their products. I would highly recommend any of their products just based on the customer service alone and will be purchasing more of their products in the future.

I’m an artist and this was one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in my art career. This product is cheap, the pieces don’t fit together cohesively. There are gaps in the seams and some of the fixtures came already stripped. I returned it for a replacement because one of the parts came broken. The replacement came with an incorrect item. I reached out directly to MEEDEN they sent me a replacement part. I can appreciate that however this is cheap and overly priced for what you get. Do Not Buy this you will be absolutely frustrated and upset. Save your money buy from a better company or make your own.

Love how fancy it looks it my art room. It’s so sturdy abs easy to put together. It’s perfect.

The product overall is amazing. I love the wood it's good quality and just beautiful. The only thing I would say it that it doesn't have step by step instructions.It just has pictures. I was able to eventually find a short video on youtube to help.With so many movable pieces it made me much more nervous. With that being said it's pretty easier to put together. Took maybe a hour to assemble but I'm not good with that sort of stuff lol. Also I was under the impression from the picture that the top and bottom didn't have a lip and are flat but they are not. Overall extremely great quality product.

This solid beechwood easel is a good bargain value for my beginner paint skills. That said, there are small manufacturing and design flaws plus errors on the Amazon text.1. Amazon text quotes 7220 g (16 lbs,) but it's closer to 12,000 g (26.5 lbs).2. One of the screws snapped during assembly. It's not worth my time to disassemble far enough to tap it out and replace it, so it will have to do.3. The included instructions do not indicate that Cross Piece #7 must be oriented using the predrilled holes pointing inward, so i built it backward and had to fix the error mid process.4. Although that extra piece is included to attach a second canvas, there's nothing but exposed bolts to set the canvas on.5. It really needs two wrenches to tighten the wheel nuts correctly, but only one is provided.6. These are hard-plastic casters. I might preemptively replace them with rubber, before they give me trouble.I am very handy with assembling products of all kinds. This project took 82 minutes after unboxing. I used the tools provided.
