Works well, a bit tricky to keep from leaking, and probably overpriced
I like the shower system and I’m keeping it, although I think it’s mostly overpriced, and I’m hoping it’s never going to “give up”. Here are my pros and cons:I like the two options for installing: the top part installs on the water pipe coming out the wall, the bottom bar installs on the shower wall. I have a one piece shower so I opted for the adhesive install, instead of drilling, but you could go that way if you chose, as it comes with both options. The top rain part is huge (maybe too big?) but I like it, works well especially for washing your hair, as it’s gentle enough, and will keep water flow going while you wash your body (with just a shower head sometimes it’s not wide enough to keep you under the flow). It switches to the hand held shower in two clicks at the vertical bar, first push is partial, the second is full stream. Then it will switch between 4 different streams with a click as well, on the shower itself. The hose part is long, so it’ll reach every corner of the shower or bathtub which is great for cleaning, or for washing the dog. LOL!That said, here’s the flip side: it costs too much. I am keeping it, but there was another one I was considering that looked just like this one, same features, for half the price, just not a main brand. Probably would’ve done the same. But once I ordered this I didn’t feel like sending it back (of course, in hindsight…maybe I should have). It installed fairly easy, but there was a constant leaking coming at the wall joint, though the part that screwed into the wall pipe was not leaking: we figured out there is a part that just clicks into the larger shower head, that isn’t threaded, and that’s what has leaking. It’s not supposed to have seal tape put on, but we did, though it took a couple of trials to figure that’s where it was coming from. That fixed it. There’s no mention to that in the assembly paper. While I didn’t give it a 5 star rating, for the above reasons, overall I really like it, works well, if you’re looking at a way to spruce up your bathroom it gives a nice new look to it.

Perfectly awsome.... But...
I like taking my shower. And the large rain head with a very nice shower wand has made my mornings. I couldn't be happier. But, it should of came with 9035888.295 (rain head extension) as part of the kit. the rain head just would of been to low in my opinion (BTW I'm only 5'9"). If you are tall I see no choice than to get the optional extension.

Love this system!
I ordered a new item twice and it was clear the box had been opened. One was missing parts. The showerhead works great! Just beware of the package you get.

Looks good but selector button unreliable
Had my plumber install this. It looks good and, for the most part, works well. The selector button for the shower head/wand/both doesn't always work. Sometimes I have to turn off the water completely, then turn it back on to change the selection.

Easy to install and works well
I installed this in about an hour but half that time was looking for the right Allen wrench. The instructions do not say you need that tool so I assumes one was included, which it was not.Once I found my allen wrenches the job was very easy. The shower functions work well and the handheld shower head is easy to operate and select diffent spray levels. The up/down adjustment knob is spring loaded which is a nice touch. So far very happy with this purchase.

Best of both worlds
This showerhead system is a Win-Win! We love it! My husband wanted the relaxation of the rainhead. I wanted the handheld sprayhead for the pressure and to spray down the shower when cleaning. Also, if you want to skip a day of washing your hair, the rainhead won't allow that. There is a third option that uses the rainhead and sprayhead at the same time. This shower system uses your pre-existing plumbing, however, you will need to drill two new holes to attach it all to the wall.

High quality, relatively easy to install
Pretty expensive compared to other options, but so far quality appears good. A great way to take a shower and retrofit it to luxury in about an hour. The shower heads themselves work great. The top rain head is huge! And the hand shower has different settings. Very happy with this so far.If you're not experienced with using tools or home repairs, installing yourself will be a big job. This was my first shower head install, and so far no issues with using it!A bit unnerving unscrewing a pipe from inside your wall, and you may need some creative solutions to unscrewing the old shower head fitting/pipe if it's very old or tight. A wrench by itself may not be able to get enough grip do it.Also, be very exact on measuring where the bottom fitting sticks (or bolts) to the tile. You really can't be too low or too high at all, and measuring the distance and making sure it's centered and level is pretty awkward if you don't have a long 3-foot level. If you don't measure exactly, the pipes won't fit into the 2 holes where they attach to the wall/pipe, and you'll need to redo the bottom fitting location (and this kit only comes with one adhesive, so you have 1 shot unless you want to figure out another way to stick it to the wall).
