Greymoor
Very excited to finally receive my Greymoor CE. Everything is beautiful. The statue is very detailed, the coins are solid and have weight to them. I especially liked the movie tin, which has felted spaces to keep your coins. Wished they would have packaged the coins in the tin instead of the tray the statue came in......took me at least 30 minutes to remove the coins...lol. All in all a great CE..I have all of them.

Great Game but Questionable Collectors Edition Quality Items
Great game so far and the coins that came with the collectors edition look really nice. Some races are missing but we knew that from the image in the ad. Just would have been nice to see the others because the coins look so nice. The statue seems really shiny and kind of a gray color with no red or brown to be seen. It could have used some weathering or something. (other then the model weathering that is there) I did notice some other peoples statues that seem to have more weathering coloring on them but am not sure if this is due to the lighting they are showing them in. Either way it does not look anything like the colors in the online ad. It looks more like one solid color. (Glossy Slate Gray)As far as the map goes it is to folded to be useful in a frame or something but does look nice and has a very nice aesthetic. The steel box that the game codes come in is done really well and can display the coins nicely but the other side looks a little odd when displaying coins with nothing there where the game code and booklet was.

Quality way down after extended wait
I have purchased every physical collector's edition for ESO that has been produced and this one was just a big let down. After having the item delayed, which I had no problem ZeniMax did a wonderful job allowing people who's items were delayed access to the content on time, I really expected it to be finished and nice looking product. Well the reality is the statue looks and feels cheap with the definition and finishing on the statue looking very different to me than the picture suggests it should. Over all I would recommend just getting the digital collector's edition if they all the statues look like mine.

Massive drop in quality
The statue has the quality of a cheap, unpainted, dnd miniature. Compared to the others, it stands out like a sore thumb. At least the coins are neat I guess

Nice addition.
Came as described. Read the instructions on how to get the coins out so you won't struggle. Be careful unboxing, as the statue is not tied down inside the packaging. The coins are able to be put into the metal case as a holder. Enjoy the lore of ESO.

The worst physical collector's edition in ESO history
I've purchased all of the previous CEs for this fun, enjoyable MMO and I can categorically state that I am very disappointed with this purchase.Previous CEs came with these wonderful (faux?) leather-bound art&lore books and beautiful, intricately-detailed statues seemingly carved with care from resin. This CE however, is the gimpy, crazy-eyed uncle that lives in a trailer down by the river. The statue looks like a random 15-year-old just used a 3D printer to make it, and any kind of art or lore book is completely absent. For the price, it's very disappointing. The coins are however, nice enough to warrant keeping this from a 1-star review.

Pre-Ordered January 19th
I pre-ordered this on January 19th, 2020 to ensure that I would be all set to go for the expansion launch and to have my awesome looking vampire statue. However, expansion launch was days ago at this point and my Physical Collector's Edition doesn't even have an estimated shipping date yet much less a delivery date. Everybody else who ordered cheaper editions digitally gets to play while I, having the most expensive edition, gets to watch everyone else enjoy the content.I've tried reaching out to get temporary access to my account until the Physical Collector's Edition can ship, which was supposedly granted to me. However, I still can't access the content 4 days after PC launch.
