I would not buy another used laptop from this company. I bought this computer as a backup in case my main computer failed. As soon as I got this computer I saw that it passed a quality test and upon first use it worked just fine in all regards. I put it away in a secure dry area in my office for about 8 months. I went to use it and it would not power up. It was outside the limited warranty period so I could not get the seller to rectify the problem. I took it to a computer store where the diagnosed a completely inoperable mother board. Waste of money and then some paying $$$ for a computer diagnostic. :-(

I think this is an excellent computer it has all of the features I need Plus a lot of internal memory and storage. The keys are easy to use. I was able to hook up an external mouse and a 1 TB external drive so I rate this computer as an excellent and give it five stars all the way around
