These braces have changed my life! I am a lorry driver and I have a belly so that every time I leave my cab I expose the top of my arse to the whole world ( I am sorry for the image you probably have in your head right now) anyway with these braces I no longer do this and the world is a slightly happier place.So am I.

Like a few other reviewers I've been trying to wrestle my gut into shape with belts for the last fifty-some years but an article suggested that braces were the way to go. Now I remember WE all went through a phase about thirty years ago, wearing braces with our suits on a night out, but to be fair I hadn't the same belly back then and it was a "style" thing. I burned all the photos.Fast forward to today and I couldn't be happier. I wear these when I'm gardening or taking the dog for a walk (when HE takes me for a walk...)They look a bit agricultural and some people (women) WILL criticise them but the comfort makes up for it. No more having to hoist up my trousers every two minutes because my belly has decided it wants some breathing space.

excellent product, i never thought i would get on with braces, but after having to keep pulling my trousers up after bending down each time for work, i thought i would try a set, and i am very pleased with these, i don't have to keep stopping work to tuck myself in during the day any more.highly recommended

I bought these due to being fed up of having to keep "tucking myself in". Before anyone asks, I don't have a gut that I'm trying to cover, far from it. Long legs slim waist means I usually have to buy 34 inch trousers or jeans but I'm only a 32 waist. I find a belt digs in when I'm work with the nature of my job. So I thought I'd try these having read some reviews. Wow what a great piece of kit. No. Longer unbuttoning my work trousers a dozen times a shift to tuck my t shirt back in properly. Now I work all shift in total comfort not worrying about my shirt slowly riding up.

This is my second pair. My first pair have been in use daily for about a year on some waterproof over trousers that I wear when walking the dog without issue. This second pair I bought for normal daily use to replace a belt. They keep both my arse and my shirt in my trousers where they are supposed to be. They're very comfortable and the clips are very strong. The white on the tricolour pair is actually a dirty off white giving them a vintage appearance which I really like. The quality is great and a bargain at the price they're sold at.

i ordered these for a friend who is a decorator..he had put on a bit of weight recently and his trousers kept falling down while he was at the top of a ladder...lol..fortunately he had overalls on..he loved them so much he asked me to order a second pair...they are extremely good quality and the elastic straps are really wide..he's over the moon with them and no longer having to hoick his trousers up every 5 minutes..

Have resurrected a 20 year old pair of skiing trousers that have tired elastic and middle aged belly to contend with - the braces keep them up on the loosest setting without any wedgie effect. Grip well and I'm not concern about damaging material as the option was to buy a new pair but there is no ripping to date. So have spent less than £10 and saved £100-300 on new pair of ski trousers and should be good for another 10-20 years :o)
