This is a good product. I thought I would wait a while and give it some use before comment. I think if you are in a very bad way you are going to struggle to mount and dismount but once there offers a simple and adjustable way to invert. The heater/vibro pad works well though for me is too thick and uncomfortable to lie on. I'm 6 foot and 120 KG and this easily handles me. If you are having difficulty bending forward then usiing the foot clamp may be an issue unless you are shorter. It is quite a large lump and does not collapse very much but that is a consequence of its sturdy nature. there are three angle settings which are selected by introducing a thick metal bar into a socket 20, 40 and 60 degrees. Supprisingly I never need more that 40 degrees and sometimes even that feels a bit too much stretching is taking place. Its is quick to get on and of so for a quick 5 mins inversion is good. I cannot imagin why you would need to go full 90 degrees inversion after having used this but if you did the tilt restraining bar could be removed.

I already had an inversion table, a heat pad and a massage belt. I had to use each one separately.This inversion table is what I always dreamt about.
