I bought this as a secondary yoga mat towel to add to my rotation. I LOVE the colors and it brings me so much joy every time I’m on the mat. The back has tiny grips all over it so it doesn’t slip around. It’s also super absorbent. Has also held up well after multiple washes.

Use this for both hot yoga and regular. Oh I also use it for other workouts on top of my yoga mat for extra cushioning. I wash it in the machine and dry. Got four of them love it!

I’ve never used another hot yoga towel but hair and other lent sticks to this and I find myself peeling little balls of hair off of myself during my yoga practice. It grosses me out.

Love this towel! I sweat a good amount during hot yoga and kept slipping on my mat, so I needed a towel to help. This towel with the grips on the bottom is perfect and very absorbent! The color is amazing and get complaints on the towel. Must buy if you need something during hot yoga and to keep you from slipping. Also very easy to clean, just don’t throw in the dryer, hang to dry so the grips don’t lose their stickiness.

Hesitated buying since the reviews were mostly positive but the bad ones were concerning. I’m always looking for the bang for your buck so I don’t just splurge on anything but badly needed a new yoga towel so when I found this one it seemed reliable enough. I do HOT yoga so I really need an anti slip and sweat resistant towel for grip so I don’t fall during class but damn this one feels and works just like the $5 towel I got from fivebelow 😑🥴 don’t really recommend honestly

For hot yoga, bikram yoga, or just regular yoga this towel performs poorly under your stances. You WILL find yourself slipping as this towel does not stay put and wrinkles and bunches up, while your feet slip (no matter which side you use) the pebbly side is horrible and hurts your feet, and the other side is no more than french terry. The size is large and I will still use this though as a beach towel to sit on. If this doesn't work out for you there's still other uses for it. So, no biggie for the money. The color is pretty and doesn't bleed in the wash. I wish it worked but it doesn't. Not for yoga. Spend the money on good stuff for your practice. Yoga's hard enough as it is.

Love this towel! Use it for yoga daily

I originally purchased a different towel set that did not have the rubber knobs. I have suffered for months now with my old towel slipping all over my mat. I should know better ! - I have been doing Hot Yoga for years but the other purchase seemed like such a good deal. WOW!!! can I just say how foolish I was to continue suffering. One use and this towel stuck to the mat like a twin. No more creasing under my knees during camel pose, or sliding during warrior. Absolutely take away this piece of advice. Use a towel like this with the special backing as it will make all the difference in your attitude during class. When your mind is distracted with your towel you are not really present in the yoga moment. I will not make the same mistake again and I already purchased another towel.
