These are a nice size and work great. I not only use them to separate hamburger patties but also slices of cheese so I can freeze them and separate easily.

These things are super handy and can be reused a couple of times. Recycle them in a compost bin when you're done with them. They're a game changer if you make pita or tortillas with a press.

We purchase our ground beef direct from a farmer and usually need to package 20+ pounds in a single setting. I started buying these to make a bunch of burgers to freeze. These parchment paper rounds make it super convenient to both package and use. I would absolutely not use them near any heat source though (air fryer etc). A couple of these ended up a little too close a toaster and scorched very quickly.
